    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion element with little risk of breakage due to thermal stress, a thermoelectric conversion module that uses the same, and a thermoelectric power generating unit capable of preventing breakage of a heat collecting fin by heating.
      SOLUTION: A thermoelectric conversion module 6 comprising thermoelectric conversion elements 14, 16, an electrode 18 provided on the side on which the thermoelectric conversion elements 14, 16 are heated for electrically connecting the thermoelectric conversion elements 14, 16 in series; an electrode 20 provided on the side on which the thermoelectric conversion elements 14, 16 are cooled for electrically connecting the thermoelectric conversion elements 14, 16 in series; a hot-plate 10 covering the electrode 18; and a cooling plate 12 covering the electrode 20. One end 22A of a metal line 22, embedded in the thermoelectric conversion elements 14, 16, is bonded to the electrode 18, and the other end 22B is bonded to the electrode 20. A heating member is disposed on the hot-plate 10 side, and on the cooling plate 12 side, a cooling member is disposed.
