CONSTITUTION:A thermorecording layer consisting essentially of a diazo compd. and a coupler as well as a thermoplastic color developing adjuvant of 50-150 deg.C m.p. is formed on a support, and said thermorecording layer is composed of the laminate of a layer contg. the diazo compd. and a layer contg. a coupler represented by the formula as shown in which X is H, halogen, 1-4C alkyl or such alkoxy, R is 10-25C alkyl; and R is H or 1-10C alkyl, such as 2-hydroxynaphthoyl decylamide. Accordingly, raw storage stability is remarkably enhanced, and low temp. development is favorably carried out.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve abrasion resistance of the title material, by forming on a photoconductive layer a protective layer consisting of a composition of a silane coupling agent hydrolyzate and a cellulosic resin. CONSTITUTION:Water or alcohol containing acid is added to a silane coupling agent, such as methyltrimethoxysilane or tetraethoxysilane to hydrolyze this. To the partial hydrolyzate is added to a cellulosic resin in an amount of 1-50wt% represented by the formula (R is H, 1-4C alkyl, aryl, hydroxyethyl, benzyl, nitro, or a phosphoric acid radical, and n is 50-5000). A curing catalyst, such as carboxylic acid metal salts or organic tin compounds is further added, the obtained composition is coated on a photoconductive surface and dried at room temperature to about 150 deg.C to form a 0.1-10mu thick protective film. This film permits abrasion resistance of the photosensitive material to be remarkably improved and about 30,000 sheets of sharp copies to be made.

The above isocyanate is added to the protective film made of organopolysiloxane in a ratio of isocyanate to organopolysiloxane of 0.05-50 to 100 for monoisocyanate, and 0.05-20 to 100 for diisocyanate.

A solution containing a material higher than the material of layer 4 in resistivity, such as polyacrylate is coated and dried on layer 4 to form protective film 3. The solvent to be used for the solution for forming layer 3 does not dissolve the material for forming layer 4, thus permitting a high durability photoreceptor capable of forming an image by exposure after uniform charging and having superior resolution and electric characteristics similar to the case free from a protective film and an adhesive layer to be obtained.
