摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the productivity by fixing a flexible seal member to one of an impeller and partition plate and by pressing the seal member to the other one for airtight sliding so as to prevent two kinds of air flows from being mixed. CONSTITUTION:The inner peripheral side of a flexible seal member 5 is fixed to the outer peripheral plate 4 of an impeller 9 and the outer peripheral side of the seal member 5 is pressed to a partition plate 12 so as to slide while being kept airtight. Accordingly, gaps between the rotating impeller 9 and the partition plate are blocked, and the mixing of the circulating air 16 and cooling air 17 can be kept minimum, thereby a decrease of the temperature and humidity of the circulating air 16 can be prevented and the heat exchange efficiency of a blower can be improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make an apparatus compact and improve the air flow and the thawing efficiency, by means of a double ceiling in the upper part of a thawing chamber and a guide plate for guiding cold air to a material to be thawed. CONSTITUTION:A thawing chamber 3 is constituted of a plate 7, a drum part 25 forming a sidewall part and a ceiling 22 on the inside of the drum 25, and the top of the ceiling plate 22 has an air channel plate 28 with a gap for forming a duct part. The ceiling plate 22 is opened at both ends and has a blowing port 23 and air sucking port 25. An evaporator 11 with a blower built therein for supplying cold air to a gap between the ceiling plate 22 and the air channel plate 28 is provided to supply the cold air from the blowing port 23 into the thawing chamber 3. A guide plate 27 hanging downward to the thawing chamber 3 at both ends of the ceiling plate 22 is provided at the opening of the blowing port 23 and the air sucking port 24.

摘要： PURPOSE:To raise the performance and durability of dust collector by incorporating a vortex flow fan whose air pathway is improved in a dust collector in which impeller is turned by an induction motor to filter air containing dust and to collect the dust. CONSTITUTION:In a dust collector, an induction motor 1 equipped with an impeller whose driving shaft is provided with plural blades 16a is incorporated, and also air inlets 14 and 21 and clean air outlets 15 and 22 are provided. The motor 1 is operated to turn the impeller 16 and air containing dust is introduced through the air inlets 14 and 21, whereupon the air is swirled by the action of the blades 16a, gradually compressed, filtered by a filter provided inside to remove the dust present, and then discharged from the outlets 15 and 22. A vortex fan, which is capable of producing a higher pressure than a centrifugal fan, can sufficiently treat air sucked from two air inlets 14 and 21 for removal of dust present, and also no trouble with commutator occurs because the motor is of an induction type.
