摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooker for cooking ordinary rice using steam. SOLUTION: A rice cooker is constructed of an inner pan 1, a sieve-like vessel 2 moving up and down within the inner pan, a drive unit which moves the sieve-like vessel upward, and a control section which controls electric power to maintain an established temperature and established time before the inner pan temperature reaches a specified temperature. The drive unit 3 is constructed of inner pan's hook sections 10 within the inner pan 1, bored holes 11 of the sieve-like vessel and vessel's hook sections 12 made of heat reactive body such as shape memory materials. To cook rice, positions of the inner pan's hook sections and the vessel's hook sections are aligned, the sieve-like vessel is inserted in the inner pan to start cooking rice. Then, by shape change of vessel's hook sections caused by heat, the sieve-like vessel is moved upward, which drains the water off the rice and the rice is cooked by utilizing steam made of the evaporated water.

CONSTITUTION:A clothes dryer is provided with the first thermister 17 in a position where water in a circular wind tunnel 9 is splashed and the second thermister 18 in an arbitrary position in the circular wind tunnel 9. And a wet bulb temperature is read through water drops stuck on the water absorbing coat of the first thermister 17, and a dry bulb temperature is read by the second thermister 18 and a temperature difference between the first thermister 17 and the second thermister 18 is analyzed by a control circuit and therby the clothes dryer detecting the dryness is obtained. Thus, the clothes dryer which has good accuracy for detecting dryness and has a detecting method with durability is obtained since the change of humidity of circulating air is read directly as a difference between the wet bulb temperature and the dry bulb temperature.

It is repeated and a drying operation advances.

The hose 20 having limit in an expansion range can be sufficiently covered by a slide range, so the hose 20 can be contained without protruding to be prohibited from being closed. By thus setting the hot air supply base which may become an obstacle when contained because it is protruded from the main body upward to be freely opened/closed right and left, containing property can be improved.
