CONSTITUTION:This describes a quick drying developing machine used for liquid- infiltration crack detection; to the tip of cylinder body 11 with an incorporated air- liquid mixture type spray nozzle, flexible guide pipe 12 is fitted and to the tip of guide pipe 12, developing head 13 is also fitted, from which a developer is sprayed upon detected surface 14. To the base terminal of cylinder body 11, developer supply pipe 15, air supply pipe 16, air pipe 17 sending high-pressure air, and liquid exhaustion pipe 25 are provided. Developer supply pipe 15 is provided with change- over valve 18, to which developer supply pipe 19, cleaning pipe 20 sending high- pressure air, and a couple of piston operation air pipes 21a and 21b are fitted and through the operation of the piston by high-pressure air from pipes 21a and 21b, the valve is changed over to supply the developer to the nozzle of body 11.

    • PURPOSE:To automate cleaning and removal of excess penetrant, by supplying cleaning fluid containing penetrant into a suction member of soft and uniform porous material in the cleaning head from a supply dvice with proper pressure and quantity, and sucking at a proper vacuum pressure of the suction device. CONSTITUTION:A cleaning fluid 5a in a cleaning fluid tank 5 is pushed up at a proper air pressure supplied from an air pressure source 3 by way of a reducing valve 4, and is poured into a suction sponge 2 from a supply hole 18 in a cleaning head 1 by way of a cleaning fluid supply pipe 6. The sponge 2, having multiple soft, ultra-fine uniform holes, sucks the excess penetrant due to the capillarity. At this time, a switch valve 11 is opened, and an ejector 14 is operated to set a vacuum tank 9 to a proper negative pressure, then the fluid 5a in the sponge is sucked into the tank 9 from a suction hole 19 and a suction pipe 8. Therefore, by injecting the fluid 5a at an adequate pressure, sucking it from the sponge 2 at an adequate suction pressure, and half drying the cleaning surface of the suction member 2, the same effect as manual cleaning may be automatically achieved, without leaving uncleaned part and without giving overcleaning.

    • PURPOSE:To make positioning of an inspecting device easy under water by pushing a submergence inspecting device onto the inner face of a container with a thrust of a propeller and running it on the inner face of a container. CONSTITUTION:An inspecting container 22 is positioned at the bottom of a cavity pit 23 and the periphery is surrounded by a concrete wall body 24. A submergence inspecting device 21 stops a cable 29 at specified winding-down position by a lifting winch 27. Then the submergence inspection device is moved to a desired direction with propellers 42 and 43 and pushed onto the inner face of the container 22 by a thrust of propellers. In this condition, a total direction wheel 48 is driven to travel on the inner face of the container 22. Thereafter the driving of the wheel 48 is stopped at a desired position (an optional position within a mobile range of a manipulater mechanism 46) and by driving the manipulater mechanism 46, a flaw detection is performed by placing a probe 47 at the predetermined detecting object position of the container 22.
