摘要： PURPOSE:To suppress the alteration of the display priority order of new data or previously displayed data by providing a first control table that controls mutual display priority order and a second control table that controls priority window declaration related to data of the highest priority out of plural data being displayed and queue requesting display. CONSTITUTION:A task displaying the front display data is enabled to issue priority window declaration, and when the priority window declaration is made, it is set to the second control table. When another task makes request for display anew, or priority of display of data being displayed is changed, priority window declaration of the second control table is checked. Thereby, it is made to the state of waiting in the queue requesting display of the second control table, and these request for display or request for changing display is suppressed. Accordingly, an operator and task which are renewing the front display data can proceed processing without interfered by other data display task, and he can make operation just like he has sole possession of the display picture.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert a moving picture resulting from selecting a desired program from a transmission signal and decoding it into a still picture per frame image, then to generate management information with respect to the frame images and to output both the still picture and the management information. SOLUTION: An image storage means 102 selects, extracts and stores a prescribed number of frame images in a signal decoded by a decoding means 14 by a signal from an operation input processing means 101. A color information conversion means 104 converts color information, and a management information generating means 103 generates the management information with respect to a frame image stored in the image storage means 102 by the signal from the operation input processing means 101. An output synthesis means 107 synthesizes the color information and the management information and an output means 108 outputs the synthesized information externally.

CONSTITUTION:Let the address unit of a memory be 1 byte, that is, 1 byte data for each character in a data string comprising a series of characters, then contents of a new data string (new data string) and a past data string (history data string) are compared, and when two characters or over are not coincident, a reference identifier is stored in a 1st buffer 6a and a 1st character of the new data string is stored in the 1st buffer 6a as non-reference data. When two characters or over are coincident, a history reference identifier is stored in the 1st buffer 6a and a history reference index representing the position of coincident character string with the history data string and its length is generated and stored in the 2nd buffer 6b. Then the identifier obtained by succeeding similar comparison is added to said history reference index in the 2nd buffer 6b and the history reference index and the identifier form data whose length is an integer multiple of the length of 1 byte.

摘要： PURPOSE:To relieve the erasure of document data when an misoperation is performed by providing a means which instructs the requirement of registration of a document being edited by a user and performing the registration by adding the information of the registered state of the document as the proper information of the document. CONSTITUTION:This editor is equipped with a controller 11, an input/output device 12 and an external memory device 13, and the controller 11 is equipped with a CPU 101 and an external memory device 102. A registration requirement instructing means makes the user instruct the requirement of registration of the document being edited in such constitution. A document registering means registers by setting a document state of first class on the document being edited when the user instructs the registration, and registers by seting a document state of second class when the user instructs no registration. In such registration, the user can restore the document for which no registration is instructed. Also, the user registers an instructed document by erasing a registered document when a document name for which the registration is instructed overlaps with that of the registered document, however, the user can restore even an erased document.
