    • PURPOSE:To reduce a shock by providing multiple holes on a concentric circle of one coupling, and comprising rubber bushes provided in the other coupling and inserted into the described holes, and setting more than one combination of which gap between the hole and bush is zero, while setting combinations of contactless gaps. CONSTITUTION:A coupling 13 is fixed to a motor shaft 11 and a coupling 12 is fixed to a high speed shaft 10 respectively, and multiple movable engagement holes 16 are provided concentrically in the coupling 12. One movable engagement hole 16' among them has a diameter smaller than that of others. Pins 14 are fixed to the coupling 13, and each rubber bush 15 having the projecting spherical face is provided in the outside face of one end of each pin 14 to be engaged with the movable engagement holes 16, 16'. A gap (g) is interposed between each movable engagement hole 16 and each rubber bush 15 to keep contactless, and the movable engagement hole 16' and the rubber bush 15 touch each other over the whole circumference to keep a gap in zero. Consequently, transmission of the starting shock to a cage is reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To aim at preventing the generation of noise and vibration due to the adhesion of abrasion powder by interposing a magnetic member between an axis of rotation and the through hole of an electromagnetic disc brake for piercing the axis of rotation, so that magnetic flux from a magnetic circuit does not pass through the axis of rotation. CONSTITUTION:The through holes 5', 7' of a gear axis 13 are provided at a movable plate 5 for pressing a friction plate mounted at a gear axis 13 through a spline 18 against a fixed plate 4 and a direct current electromagnet 7, and a magnetic member 20 such as iron is supported in a space between the through holes 5', 7' through an elastic body 21. At this point, magnetic flux is generated at a magnetic circuit formed of the direct current electromagnet 7 and the movable plate 5, and leakage flux 8 generated inside the through holes 5', 7' is inducted to the magnetic member 20, so that the gear axis 13 is prevented from being magnetized. Accordingly, the adhesion of abrasion powder such as iron to the rotary transmission part is not generated, and the generation of noise and vibration as well as damage can be therefore prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce a horizontal distance between a cage door sill end and a floor door sill end by installing an engaging plate which is connected to a cage door free of rotation via parallel links, situated in a position retracted from the cage door sill end usually, and engaged with an engaging roller in advancing forward at the time of door-open operation. CONSTITUTION:When a motor is rotated clockwise, a small link 12 moves in a door opening direction, and then a lever 26 is pulled in the door opening direction. An engaging plate 13 is supported by parallel links 23 and, after being made contact with an engaging roller 33 as parallelly moving with a cage door 1, the engaging plate 13 and the engaging roller 33 are moved to the side of another engaging roller 34, whereby a clearance (a) between these engaging rollers 33 and 34 comes to zero. At this time, locking of a floor door 30 is released and this door becomes movable. Afterward, the door 1 moves in accord with movements of the lever 26 by means of a stopper 27 which checks a rotational movement of the parallel links 23 at a position where the clearance (a) has come to zero. Consequently, the cage door 1 and the floor door 30 both are moved at the same time.

    • PURPOSE: To ensure a damping force by securing to a guide a pulling bolt which is loosely fitted into a U-shaped elastic body and which can be moved axially by the elasticity of an elastic body provided at the other end, and supporting the guide in such a way that it is rotatable about a semicircular curved surface provided at the guide and used as a fulcrum. CONSTITUTION: A damper 9 and a guide 13 having a gradient surface are opposite to each other across a roller 12, and a semicircular curved surface 28 is provided on the opposite side to the gradient surface of the guide 13 and brought into contact with a U-shaped elastic body 15. A pulling bolt 18 is secured to the curved surface 28 and loosely fitted into a loose fit hole 29 in the elastic body 15. An elastic member 19 is fitted in between a stopper 24 provided at the other end of the pulling bolt 18 and the elastic body 15. Therefore, the damper 9, the roller 12, and the guide 13 are held in such a way as to be movable in the direction of the axis of the pulling bolt 18 and are supported in such a way as to be rotatable using the curved surface 28 as a fulcrum. Therefore, the damper 9 rises while keeping contact and in parallel with guide rails 2, and receives an elastic force to ensure a damping force.
