    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate the relative rotations of an inside bush and a connecting pin and to compensate a smooth turning movement of a mating member with respect to a boss member over a long period by ensuring that the penetration of dust or the like between the boss member and the mating member is prevented. SOLUTION: While an arm boss 11 fitted at each axial end with an outside bush 15, an inside bush 16, a seal member 17, etc., is placed between a pair of brackets 14, 14, a connecting pin 21 is fitted into a pin penetration hole 14A in one bracket 14, a pin penetration hole 16A in each inside bush 16, and a pin penetration hole 14A in the other bracket 14 in that order so that a key groove 27 in the connecting pin 21 is fitted over a key 28. Thereafter, a locking pin 22 is attached via a fixing ring 23 to the other end of the connecting pin 21 which projects from the latter bracket 14, so that the arm boss 11 and each bracket 15 are coupled together in such a way as to be capable of rotating relative to each other.

    • PURPOSE: To compensate the smooth rotation of a boss member relative to a mating member over a long period by placing a sealing member at the sliding portions of the boss member and the mating member using a simple mounting structure. CONSTITUTION: An outside bush 16 is fitted into a bush fitting hole 13 in an arm boss 11, an inside bush 17 is slidably provided inside the outside bush 16, and the flange 17C of the outside bush 16 is brought into sliding contact with the outside end face 16A of the outside bush 16 to bear an axial load. With an elastic ring 24 fixed into an annular groove 17D in the inside bush 17, a connecting pin 18 is pressed into the inside bush 17, and a sealing member 21 is placed inside a seal storage space P between the bush fitting hole 13 and the outer peripheral surface of the flange 17C. Therefore, the entrance of earth and sand, etc., onto the sliding surfaces of the outside and inside bushes 16, 17 is surely prevented for reduced wear, and the inside bush 17 and the connecting pin 18 are surely prevented from rotating relative to each other.

    • PURPOSE:To completely protect the whole strain detection part with a protection film by providing the strain detection part on one surface of a diaphragm constituted by forming pressure receiving surfaces on both the top and reverse surfaces of a thin plate and making a lead-out conductor penetrate the strain detection part to the other surface. CONSTITUTION:The strain detection part consisting of an insulating film 10, four strain gauges 11, an electric conductor film 12, etc., is provided on the top surface of the diaphragm 1 and its reverse surface is fixed in an area of the circular recessed part 3 of a support member 2 which corresponds to a hole 5 as an opening part by using an adhesive. etc. A terminal part 6 is provided in a recessed part 1a formed in the top surface of the diaphragm 1, and the electric conductor film 12 of the strain detection part is connected to the terminal part 6 and then led out to an electric circuit part by a lead-out wire 7 through the hole 8 of the support member 2. The strain detection part is covered entirely with the protection film 13 and the differential pressure between the pressure of liquid applied to its top surface and the pressure of liquid guided in the hole 5 in the reverse surface is detected by the strain detection part, whose output is led out to the electric circuit part to measure the differential pressure. The strain detection part of the diaphragm 1 is protected completely with the protection film 13, so the detection accuracy and reliability are improved.

Since the electrode 40a is covered with the piezoelectric film 20, an electrode taking-out part 41 is provided thereto. The ultrasonic wave emitted from an ultrasonic generation part expands as advances through the main body 10 and, therefore, the diameter of the electrode 40A is determined with due regard to lens length so that the diameter or ultrasonic beam coincides with the opening diameter of the spherical surface part 90.
