CONSTITUTION:A holder 2 is formed at a part to become a node of a vibration of a rodlike ultrasonic resonator 1 made of metal or ceramics, and the resonator 1 is held on a wall of a pressure vessel of an atomic power plant or a thermal power plant by utilizing the holder 2. The resonator 1 is resonated with ultrasonic wave generated at the time of tube leakage, and a vibration sensor 4 mounted at its rear end outputs it as an electric signal. It is preferable to form a vibration plate 5 integrally with the end of the resonator 1.

And when water from the water sprayer 4 is sprayed on dust contg. air, dust particles are stuck to sprayed water and to which centrifugal force is easily applied and which are collected by the louver 7, After that, they strike on the blade plates 9 to change their direction and enter the grooved dust collecting part.

The frequencies of the signals are analyzed in a rubbing diagnosing and processing part 7 through detectors 5a and 5b. The rotating frequency components of the rotary body 1 are extracted with filters 10a and 10b. Therefore, in the rubbing diagnosing and processing part 7, the presence or absence of the occurrence of the rubbing phenomenon can be judged based on the result of the frequency analysis and the rotating frequency component. The position where the rubbing phenomenon occurs can also be assessed.

In succession, concrete is placed on a floor part and in the circumference of the body 1 and a floor slab and a peripheral wall are created for completion.

The lower end of the pillar P is moved in all directions for adjusting its position and a position regulator 11 is operated on the ground while loosening or tensing by wire ropes 9 and 10 in such a way a transit 18 can fittingly follow up the movement of targets 16 and 17. After adjusting the pillar P vertically, concrete is placed and set. Afterwards, the wire rope 5 is pulled to draw out the coupling pin 3 and the fitting parts 2 are lifted. And, the transit 18 and the targets 16 and 17 are removed, the pit 14 is filled back with soil, and the supporter 15 is removed.
