CONSTITUTION:A signal from a fire phenomenon detecting part FS is read in an RAM2 for work and next, the signal is written to an RAM1 for sensor output level storage as a present sensor output level. When the newest sensor output level is stored in the RAM1, based on the sensor output level in the RAM1, the arithmetic of the temperature rising rate is executed. Next, the oldest sensor output level in the RAM1 is obtained as the environmental temperature and the correspondent operating temperature rising rate is read from an ROM2 for temperature to operation rising rate table storage. Then, the rate is compared with an operating temperature rising rate to have the operated present temperature rising rate as a reference value. When the temperature is over the reference value, a fire signal sending part TX is operated and a fire signal is sent to a receiver RE.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain an inexpensive foam extinguisher requiring no mounting work suited to small oil fires by a method wherein, when an automatic valve is opened, a foam solution and extinguishing water flow to a foam generator by a pressure gas to be mixed at a specified ratio and discharged from a nozzle and blown to a net to generate a highly bubbling foam. CONSTITUTION: A foam extinguisher 5 is constituted of a double-structured cylinder body 6, and a circular housing part 7 in the peripheral part is divided in two, i.e., a foam solution tank 9 and an extinguishing water tank 10 by a partition wall 8. When a fire occurs in a storage solution bit 3, a closed type sprinkler head 18 is thermally operated and extinguishing water in a pressure storage chamber 27 of an automatic valve 13 is discharged at the sprinkler head 18. A valve body 25 of an automatic value 13 is pushed up by the pressurized extinguishing water from the extinguishing water tank 10 to mix the foam solution and the extinguishing water with an orifice. The mixed solution is blown to a net 11 for generating a foam from a nozzle 15 through a constant flow valve 14 to be highly foamed and thus, flows into the solution storage bit 3 to be gradually accumulated thereby extinguishing a fire.

Consequently, a fire is stably detected which state the sensor output level rises in at the time of the occurrence of the fire.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for increasing the power source capacity of a receiver so much, to supply a voltage sufficient for a heat type sensor and to improve a reliability by providing a potential change means to change the potential of a connection point of a heat sensitizing element with a resistance for output. CONSTITUTION:A fire detecting part 10 has a heat sensitizing element RS to change a resistance value by an ambient temperature, a resistance R0 for output connected in series with the heat sensitizing element RS, a resistance RT for test provided in parallel with the heat sensitizing element RS and a make contact (a) connected in series with the resistance RT for test. A control part 21, a transistor 24, a relay 25, the make contact (a) and the resistance RT for a test are one example of potential change means to change the potential of a connection point B of the heat sensitizing element RS with the resistance R0 for output. Namely, by making the output P of the control part 21 an 'H', the transistor 24 is turned on, the relay 25 is actuated, the make contact (a) is turned on and the potential of a point B is raised. Thus, the power source capacity of the receiver is not necessary to increase so much and the lowering of the reliability of a test result due to a heater deterioration is not generated.
