    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition which excels in melt kneading properties, is easy to weigh, does not get lumpy at the point of fall, can produce a uniform compound and can produce a resin composition excellent in heat resistance, impact resistance, and flame retardance, a resin composition comprising the same, and a molded article.
      SOLUTION: The composition is obtained by mixing (A) 100 pts.mass reinforcing fiber selected from an organic fiber and a carbon fiber with (B) 100-5,000 pts.mass fine particles and granulating the resulting mixture. Incorporation of the composition into a resin exhibits a high synergetic effect which cannot be achieved in respective single systems because the composition harmoniously comprises the reinforcing fiber and the fine particles to come to a resin composition which excels in high rigidity, impact resistance, flame retardance, and tracking resistance.
