Preferably, the convex is configured to protrude from the base of the blind hole of the cathode into the hole, so as to form a clearance between the outer circumference surface of the convex and the inner circumference surface of the blind hole, or is configured to be formed by burying an impregnated electrode with a generally convex tip.
