    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mass produce inclination switches capable of being repeatedly turned on and off by vibration by inserting one or more conductive balls inside a space formed between two upper and lower container-like electrodes each having an arbitrary angle through an adhesive insulating material for sticking and insulating the electrodes to/from each other. SOLUTION: An electrode A1 and an electrode A2 are stuck and insulated to/from each other in a disc-like form by an adhesive insulating material B1, and respective terminals are extended from the respective electrodes A1, A2. A conductive ball C1 is disposed in a space formed by the respective electrodes A1, A2, and an arbitrary angle is imparted to the electrode A2, so that the conductive ball C1 tends to always abut on the electrodes A1, A2. That is, this sensor is normally closed, and when vibration is applied, the conductive ball C1 rolls in the space, and the electrode terminals are repeatedly connected to and disconnected from each other and chatter. Thereby, the sealed and board-mounted type sensor having a small size equal to and less than 5 mm square, having legs for the electrode terminals, capable of being so designed as to be suitable for mass-production and adaptable for various kinds of mass-produced products can be provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock sensor capable of reinforcing a magnet mechanically and structurally, stabilizing the operation of the contact section of a reed switch, and capable of obtaining high reliability. SOLUTION: This shock sensor has a structure that one end side of a spring 5 is stored in a counterbore section provided in a front stopper 7a and the outer periphery of a magnet 4b is guided by the inner wall of a case 2 so that the outer periphery of the magnet 4b is kept in no contact with the outer periphery of a tube 3 when the magnet 4b is moved, not a structure that the other end side of the spring 5 is stored in the magnet 4b when the magnet 4b is moved. The magnet has no volume loss and no magnetic flux reduction, it is reinforced mechanically and structurally, the magnet 4b is reliably operated without knocking the tube 3, the operation of the contact section of a reed switch 1 is stabilized, and durability and sensing reliability can be improved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion sensor which can detect vibration with simple constitution and has excellent durability. SOLUTION: A motion sensor 1 is equipped with a ball 40 whose surface has conductivity, a substrate 10 formed in a disk type, a positive electrode surface 28 and a negative electrode surface 38 which are alternately arranged on the same plane, maintaining a gap on the substrate 10, mount the ball 40 on the upper side, and move the ball 40 freely from one to the other across the gap G, and a cover 50 preventing the ball 40 from flying outward. When vibrating is generated, the ball 40 rolls and slides on the surface connecting the positive electrode surface 28 with the negative electrode surface 38. When the ball 40 reaches a part just above the gap G, the electrode surfaces 28 and 38 make electric continuity. When the ball 40 comes off from the gap G, the electrodes surfaces 28 and 38 are electrically separated from each other. Thereby an intermittent signal as a detection signal of vibration generation can be outputted from an output terminal to the outside.
