摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition for molding capable of giving a molded article excellent in shock resistance, and to provide a method for producing a molded article from the composition. SOLUTION: A glass fiber roving is immersed in an emulsion of an acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer or an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer to coat the glass fiber roving with the emulsion. After heated and dried, the treated roving was cut to obtain glass fiber-reinforced resin pellets. The pellets are blended with polyethylene terephthalate to obtain a molding resin composition having homogeneously dispersed glass fiber. By molding this molding resin composition, a molded article having excellent shock resistance is obtained.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a stabilization of a quality from a field of a fiber length and a productivity by regulating a water content of fiber opened paper before kneading to a specific range at the time of kneading paper opened in a dry type with a resin to obtain a composite material of the paper and the resin. SOLUTION: Paper containing no chlorine compound is opened by removing paper treated by using a drum such as a chlorine bleaching agent or the like of woodfree paper by a dry type. The opened paper is kneaded with a thermoplastic resin such as a polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS resin or the like, thereby obtaining the composite material of the paper and the thermoplastic resin. At this time, a water content of the opened sheet before kneading is regulated to 1 to 5%. The opened paper is aligned to fiber groups of a predetermined length, and the groups are aligned so that 80% of the fibers of the paper for constituting the groups is regulated to a range of 2.5 mm or less of an unevenness of the fiber lengths. Thus, a stabilization of a quality from a field of the fiber length and a productivity can be improved.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an economically advantageous recycled resin composition retaining its mechanical properties at least equivalent to those of the corresponding virgin resin, by making use of a recycled resin as the main feedstock, and to provide a method for molding the above composition. SOLUTION: This recycled resin composition comprises (A) continuous fiber- reinforced thermoplastic resin pellets with the reinforcing fibers-arranged substantially in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the pellets, lengths of the pellets of each 3.0-50 mm, and the content of the reinforcing fibers of 10-80 wt.%, (B) a recycled resin, and if necessary, (C) the corresponding virgin resin. The reinforcing fibers accounts for 0.5-50 wt.% of the total amount of the components A, B and, optionally added C. This composition is homogenized through mixing operation and then heated to compatibilize the base resins in the composition with one another followed by carrying out a molding operation so that at least 15 wt.% of the reinforcing fibers in the molded product maintain the fiber length of >=1 mm.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition which can give moldings being excellent in rigidity, strengths and creep resistance and having low density by mixing a polyolefin with a polyamide and a silane coupling agent in a specified ratio to form a structure in which the polyamide is dispersed in the form of fibers. SOLUTION: 90-40 pts.wt. polyolefin, 10-60 pts.wt. polyamide and 0.1-5.5 pts.wt., per 100 pts.wt. total of the both resins, silane coupling agent are mixed with each other. It is desirable that the polyamide dispersed in the form of fibers has an average fiber diameter of 1 μm or below and an aspect ratio of 20-1,000. The polyolefin, the polyamide and the silane coupling agent are melt-kneaded and extruded, and the extrudate is drafted, taken off and stretched or rolled to form pellets in which the polyamide are dispersed in the form of fibers having an average fiber diameter of 1 μm or below.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the effective utilization of old newspapers and old magazines by a method wherein uniform powder, in which respective powder or granular material of paper and of resin are agitated and mixed with a mixer through convection or diffusion, is put in a mold and then compressed or sintered under the state being dried for pelletizing. SOLUTION: Recovered old newspapers, old magazines and the like are finely fractionized with a crusher such as a shredder or the like so as to produce powder having object particle diameter with various crushers such as compression crushing mold, a shear crushing mold or the like as objects demand and is dried. A resin is also powdered and dissolved in a solvent and, after being agitated through vacuum drying, cooled and solidified and finally crushed to pieces each having a predetermined size. Respective powders of the paper and of the resin 3 and 2 are agitated under dried state so as to form a uniform concentration in order to be put in a mold and cold compressed in a state without contacting with the air and, according to circumstances, sintered at the temperature lower than the melting point of the resin, resulting in obtaining pellets 1 or further producing various products. By further mixing compound including nitrogen, phosphor, potassium or the like with pellets 1 consisting of the powder 3 of the paper and the powder 2 of a polyethylene, the resultant pellets can also be effectively utilized as an agricultural fertilizer.
