摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance the sealing effect of a liquid-cooled rotor withot contamination of coolant by sequentially providing a sealing liquid mixing chamber, a sealing liquid supply chamber and a sealing liquid recovering chamber adjacent to the axial end side of a coolant exhaust chamber and selecting the pressures in the respective chambers in a specific relations. CONSTITUTION:The coolant exhaust chamber 3 is confronted with the coolant exhaust hole 2 of the liquid-cooled rotor 1, and the sealing liquid supply chamber 5 is provided at the axial end side from the coolant exhaust chamber 3. The mixing chamber 4 is provided between the coolant exhaust chamber 3 and the sealing liquid supply chamber 5, and the sealing liquid recovering chamber 6 is provided adjacent to the opposite side of the sealing liquid supply chamber 5. Seal rings 7 are provided at the intermediates between the respective chambers. The pressures in the respective chambers are so selected as to be a slight pressure difference in a relation of P3>P5>P4, and the pressure P6 is selected to approx. atmopheric pressure. Exhaust tubes 3a-6a are connected to the respective chambers, and the exhaust liquid from the mixing chamber 4 is separated into the coolant and the sealing liquid, which are respectively recirculated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance the corrosion resistance of the inner wall of an outlet chamber at a coolant inlet and outlet guide unit for a liquid-cooled rotor type rotary electric machine and restrict the occurrence of noise thereat by forming an exhaust annular member for radially and inwardly introducing to exhaust the coolant at the exhaust portion for discharging the coolant into the outlet chamber from an outflowing tube. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust annular member 11 is so provided at an exhaust portion for introducing coolant into an outlet chamber 612 to which shielding gas is supplied from the exhaust passage 31b of a coolant supply and exhaust tube 41 as to radially inwardly introduce to exhaust the coolant. This member 11 consists, for example, of a first annular member 12 formed on the outer periphery of an inflowing tube 21 and a L-shaped cross sectional annular member 13 mounted at the end of an outflowing tube 31 for surrounding the first member 12. In this manner, this configuration prevents direct collision of coolant with the inner wall of the outlet chamber 612 and also prevents occurrence of corrosion and noise at the inner wall of the chamber 612.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate collision of coolant against the inner wall of an outlet chamber at a coolant inlet and outlet guide unit for a liquid-cooled rotor type rotary electric machine, enhance the corrosion resistance in the outlet chamber and prevent occurrence of noise theren by opening the exhaust portion for discharging coolant from an outflowing tube toward the outlet chamber axially to decelerate the speed of the coolant radially. CONSTITUTION:The exhaus portion for discharging coolant from the exhaust passage 31b of a coolant supply and exhaust tube 41 into an outlet chamber 612 is extended at the outer wall 31 of the outflowing tube, and an axial passage 11 is formed at the tubular wall 21 of an inflowing tube to communicate the exhaust passage 31b with the outlet chamber 612. In this manner, the coolant exhausted from the exhaust passage 31b is axially flowed to decelerate the radial speed of the coolant to eliminate collision of the coolant against the inner wall of the outlet chamber 612 so as to prevent occurrence of noise and corrosion at the inner wall of the outlet chamber.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a cavitation in an outlet chamber without fully filling coolant in the outlet chamber of a coolant inlet and outlet guide unit for a liquid-cooled rotor type rotary electric machine by mounting a discharge ring having a small hole at the opening of an exhaust tube and supplying shielding gas into the first outlet chamber. CONSTITUTION:A discharge ring 10 having a small hole 10a is mounted at the end of the opening of an exhaust passage 3b of a coolant supply and exhaust tube 4. Two outlet chambers are provided at the coolant inlet and outlet guide unit, shielding gas is supplied from a supply tube 9 into first outlet chamber 612 to which coolant is exhausted so that the coolant may not be fully filled in the outlet chamber. In this manner, it can reduce the power loss, shorten the length of the tube 4, and prevent a cavitation from occurring by the function of the orifice at the discharge ring 10.
