    • PURPOSE:To couple/uncouple a control rod drive mechanism (CRD) with/from a control rod(CR) by turning the control rod by 90 deg. using a control rod(CR) gripper from the upper section of a reactor core. CONSTITUTION:A CR gripper 20 is provided with exclusive rotation receiving supports 21, and the rotation receiving supports 21 are supported by upper lattice plates 5 while being provided with functions to receive the rotation reaction of the CR gripper 20 and also to position the CR gripper. The rotation of the gripper is actuated by an actuator 31, and the gripping and releasing actions of the CR gripper 20 are actuated by an air cylinder 46. A CR is lifted up fairly above its fully extracted position by the use of the CR gripper 20, and the CR 4 is rotated by 90 deg. in a state that a CRD (control rod drive mechanism) is extracted up to the position of over-travel, so that the CR 4 is uncoupled from the CRD. Furthermore, the CR 4 is rested on the stopper of the CRD using the CR gripper 20 in a state that the CRD is fully extracted, so as to be rotated by 90 deg., so that the CR 4 is coupled with the CRD.

    • PURPOSE:To ensure replacement of an internal pump part in a relatively easy driving control mode by providing an arm turned around the vertical axis of an internal pump replacement device below a laterally moving truck. CONSTITUTION:A fuel replacement machine is primarily formed out of a truck 26 running above a nuclear container 1, a laterally moving truck 27 provided above the truck 26 and of a fuel replacement mast 38. An internal pump replacement device 21 and a camera device 40 for underwater surveyllance are mounted on the truck 27, while a monitor television 62 for displaying an image photographed by the camera 40 of a remote control chamber 38, is provided. By turning a grip tool 54 through the turning arm of a device 21, circular orbit operation is carried out, and safe and accurate control can be carried out without complicated circular orbit control and an interlock function necessary for the control, and there is no need to arrange a surveyllance personnel on the replacement device.

    • PURPOSE:To shorten the exchange work time, and facilitate the handling in the maintenance by seating a device for guiding insertion of an in-reactor instrumentation pipe on a fuel supporting fitting under the condition that an instrumentation pipe of an exchange part is removed, and projecting a guide part with a dead weight of the device at the time of seating, and inserting the in-reactor instrumentation pipe into a guide pipe with guide of the projecting guide part. CONSTITUTION:A handle 12 of a device 11 for guiding insertion of an in-reactor instrumentation pipe is held by a holding tool 7, and the device 11 is passed through an upper grid plate 3, and is seated on a fuel supporting fitting 8 so as to prevent interference with a control rod 9. Simultaneously, a pushing bar 17 fitted to a tie plate 24 pushes a supporting bar 18 up with a dead-weight of the device 11, and a guide part 20 is tuned around of a fixed pin 19, and is projected from a notch part of a movable channel box 15. Under this condition, a in-reactor instrumentation pipe is led by a receiving plate 13 and a sliding plate 14, and is guided by the guide part 20, and is inserted into an in-reactor instrumentation pipe guiding pipe 6 by holding the in- reactor instrumentation pipe with a holding tool (in-core handling tool), which is operated by a fuel exchanging machine, and lowering it.
