摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain better dripping of condensed drops and improve heat-exchanging efficiency by fixing plate fins whose front ends are tapered on the side part of a heat exchanger so that the front ends may look obliquely downward. CONSTITUTION:The main bodies 8... of multiple heat exchangers composed of plate bodies are allowed to stand upright and parallel mutually at a given interval in a water reservoir 6 having an inlet 7 for liquid refrigerant as heat exchanging medium. The upper parts of the main bodies 8... of this upright heat exchanger are allowed to connect with a gas refrigerant reservoir 9 having an outlet 10. Multiple plate fins 12... are fitted up respectively to the walls 8' facing each main body so that the plate faces may be nearly parallel to the running direction of the air. In this case, each fin 12... is shaped for instance, nearly triangular and its front end parts 12a are tapered and fitted up so that they may look obliquely downward. Accordingly, drip of drops of condensed water on the fins are improved.
