The forms 21 cover the sides and bottom of the horizontal beam to have the openable bottom. The forms 21 are moved to both ends of the tower column 5, and a constitutive block 8 (8c) projected to the inside of each of the forms 21 in the direction of the inside between tower columns 5 is constructed by dividing into several times to erect the horizontal beam between the tower columns 5. The bottom of each of the forms 21 is opened, the inside thereof vertically passes through, and the forms 21 pass through both outsides of the constructed horizontal beam and are moved to specific sites in which the following horizontal beam is erected.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a damping device even in a narrow space while reducing the construction period and cost and securely damp a bridge by dividing a bridge girder into bridge girder blocks having an appropriate length in the axial direction of the bridge and depressing the vibration of the girders by dampers installed between blocks. SOLUTION: Dampers made of highly attenuating rubber are installed at both outsides of a bridge girder 6 and adjacent bridge girder blocks 1 are connected together through the damper. In this time, a damping action caused by the dampers is easily obtained by the FEM eigen value analysis on the basis of the viscous attenuation of a single damper and the number of installed dampers. The dampers effectively function even when a relatively warped displacement or a tortional displacement has arisen and attenuates the bridge girders 6. When the bridge girders 6 vibrates by wind, the girders 6 are restricted by both main towers and the displacement of the bridge girder 6 is small at the vicinity of the main towers and maximal in the vicinity of the central part of the span. In this way, many days are not required for development and design and the bridge is securely attenuated by the installed dampers and further the dampers can be installed even in a narrow space.
