    • PURPOSE:To obviate the need for loading water ballasts, fixed ballasts, etc., so as to reduce the construction cost by making a hull-main construction body of steel to be provided with float tanks extending along a main hull on both sides of the upper part of the main hull having observation windows on its side surfaces. CONSTITUTION:The underwater sightseeing boat has an underwater cabin 1a in the central position of a hull 30, and float tanks 2 are provided on both sides of the upper part of the underwater cabin 1a. A main hull 1 below a draught mark A is composed of a bottom plate 5 and side plates 6 on both right and left sides, many observation windows 3 are provided from stem to stern on the respective side plates 6, and the float thanks 2 are made so that the width between both inner side walls is narrower than the width of the upper part of the main hull 1. The hull-main construction body consisting of the main hull 1, the float tanks 2, a front bulkhead 15, and a rear bulkhead 16 is made of steel to weight the hull, and thereby the need for loading water ballasts, fixed ballsts, etc., can be eliminated to reduce the cost.

    • PURPOSE:To lift normally a viewing window above the waterline for enabling high speed navigation by providing a twin-fuselage type hull projecting side hull parts from the both sides of the bottom and the viewing windows inside the side hull parts to lower the waterline to submerge the viewing windows in viewing underwater. CONSTITUTION:A ship is adapted to function as an air cushion ship and enable high speed and long distance navigation by setting a switch mechanism 12 to the opened condition in the normal navigation to normal drive an air fan 10, increase pressure in a recess 5 and lower the water level W1 in the recess. Next, in viewing underwater, the switch mechanism 12 is opened to reversely drive the air fan 10, discharge air in the recess 5 through an intake and exhaust duct 11 to the outside, reduce pressure in the recess 5 lower than the atmospheric pressure and raise the water level W1 in the recess. Thus, the viewing windows 6 are submerged to enable the underwater view. When the water level W1 in the recess rises to a predetermined water level, the switch mechanism 12 is closed to make an enclosed space of the recess 5, stop the air fan 10 and reduce noises.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance the certainty of operation by forming a rail part in a boarding and alighting platform into such a split rail as detachable in the vertical direction, and making the floating and diving of a boat so as to be performed by controlling a job for injection and drainage to a ballast tank in a state of supporting the split rails with a guide mechanism. CONSTITUTION:When a sightseeing submarine boat K ends its navigation for an underwater sightseeing course along a fixed rail 10b and stops at the specified position on a split rail 10a of a boarding and alighting platform J, pressurized air is injected into a ballast tank 7, while seawater in this tank 7 is drained, through which the sightseeting submarine boat K is floated from the diving position by dint of buoyancy. At this time, the split rail 10a is restrained so as not be moved by front and rear guide mechanisms 20, and since each rod member 54 connected to the split rail 10a becomes possible to move up and down, the boat is stably floated in the vertical upper side in a supported state with the guide mechanism 20 as guiding it with three-set guide mechanisms 50. On the other hand, at time of diving, water is poured into the ballast tank 7 and the submarine boat K is dived in the water.

    • PURPOSE:To enable an underwater vehicle to tilt its attitude at an arbitrary angle by constituting the underwater vehicle providing a weight made possible to move in a longitudinal direction of the underwater vehicle, in case of the underwater vehicle mounting an underwater RV camera and an illuminator. CONSTITUTION:An underwater vehicle 1 is equipped with forward-reverse propellers 2a, 2b, steering propellers 2c, 2d and a depth adjusting propeller 2e while provided in the front part an RV camera 4 and an illuminator 5. Here the underwater vehicle 1 provides in its lower part a weight 7 made possible to move in a longitudinal direction of the underwater vehicle 1 by a weight moving mechanism 8. That is, the weight moving mechanism 8 is constituted so as to move along sliding guides 11a, 11b the weight 7 screwed to a ball thread 10 rotated by driving a motor 9, and by longitudinally moving the weight 7, the underwater vehicle 1 is tilted in its attitude at an arbitrary angle.

    • PURPOSE:To make a shelf serviceable to growth and breeding of underwater vegetable and to enable gathering of underwater vegetable and to enable gathering of fishery products by a method wherein a shelf is hung down in water to form an artificial sea bottom, and a pontoon is floated in a position near the artificial sea bottom. CONSTITUTION:A shelf 1 is suspended in water for support in a state to be coupled to the lower end parts of cables 4, e.g. a wire, a chain, hung down from buoys 3 floating on a sea surface. Diffusing pipes 5 are mounted to the shelf 1, where occasion demands, to deaerate sea water and an underwater projector 6 is installed to project light in water. Or by pumping up sea water in deep having abundant dissolved oxygen onto the shelf 1 with the aid of a pump, a condition useful to growing and breeding of underwater vegetable and fishery products is created, and the shelf is functioned as a artificial seat bottom. A half-diving type pontoon 2 a part of which is protruded from a sea surface and which can be utilized for various facilities is floated in a position near the artificial sea bottom, and is moored to an anchor 8, seated on a sea bottom B, through a cable body 9.
