    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turret handler and an operation method thereof.SOLUTION: A method of testing semiconductor elements in one embodiment includes the steps of: mounting a plurality of semiconductor elements on a main turret of a turret handler; carrying the plurality of semiconductor elements to a test area by using the main turret; and dividing the plurality of semiconductor elements into a first group and second group. This method further includes the steps of: testing first semiconductor elements of the first group at a first test pad by using a tester while carrying second semiconductor elements of the second group into a second test pad; and testing the second semiconductor elements by using the tester while carrying the first semiconductor elements out of the first test pad. The first group and second group are united as a plurality of semiconductor elements, and the plurality of semiconductor elements are carried out of the test area by using the main turret.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable load driver with power message transfer.SOLUTION: Devices and techniques provide a modulation arrangement for a control signal. The control signal is received as a digital value. A modulated control signal having a varying rate of change may be generated based on the quantity of off-bits and the quantity of on-bits of the digital value. On the basis of the digital value, an on-bit pool including the second quantity of on-bits and an off-bit pool including the first quantity of off-bits are generated. At least one of the first quantity of off-bits and the second quantity of on-bits is based on an intensity of a variable controlled load. For example, the second quantity of on-bits may be in proportion to the intensity of the load, and the first quantity of off-bits may be in inverse proportion to the intensity of the load.
