    • PURPOSE:To lower the temperatures of a leeward core rotor bar, an end ring and a coil end section by mounting a ventilation flue for cooling leewardly to a core hold-down and a core or a shaft. CONSTITUTION:A core 2 and core hold-downs 3, 4 are fitted to a shaft 1, and a hole 3b is bored at the same position as a core air hole 2b in order to pass core cooling air flowed out of the air hole 2b in the core hold-down 3. A ventilation flue 2a passing air in order to cool the leeward is formed to a fitting section with the shaft 1 in the core 2, and a ventilation flue 3a for flowing air flowed out of the ventilation flue 2a in the radial direction is shaped to the core hold-down 3. Since the air hole 2a is positioned where far from the air hole 2b to a rotor-bar 5 heat source, air at a temperature lower than the temperature of cooling air passed through the air hole 2b can be flowed through a leeward rotor bar 5. Accordingly, the temperature rises of the core 2 in the leeward and the rotor bar 5 can be inhibited.

    • PURPOSE:To achieve compact and light weight with a rotary electric machine by forming an engaging step on an iron core presser foot suppressing the both ends of a stator core and providing extension frame engaged thereto. CONSTITUTION:One of iron core presser foot 21, 22 suppressing the both ends of a stator iron core 7 have a ring shaped form, while an annular collecting step 21a is formed over its peripheral at the opposite side of the core 7. An cylindrically formed extension frame 23 whose internal side mates with the collecting step 21a is fixedly connected by a bolt 24. Another side of the presser foot 22 has a ring shaped form, and has cylindrical frame 22a axially extending in one body from the opposite side of the iron core 7. A bolt 25 is fixedly connected by means of a bolt 26 with an engaging step 22b of the frame 22a.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding machine of an elevator that is able to check an occurring noise and also to promote its miniaturization and lightweightiness. SOLUTION: Two bearing stands 9A and 9B are installed on top of a mount 14, and both sides of a turning shaft 1A are supported by these bearing stands 9A and 9B. In this turning shaft 1A, a sheeve 2A is inserted into a position between these bearing stands 9A and 9B, and a spider 6 is inserted into to the left of the bearing stand 9A. Then, a stator core 4a is inserted into the outer boundary of a cylindrical part of this spider 6. In addition, a pair of iron core pressing plates 7 are installed at the left of the bearing stand 9A, while another stator core 10 is held between these paired core pressing plates 7 and 7, and an outer boundary of this stator core 10 is supported by a welded joint plate 7a in an interval between these paired iron core pressing plates 7 and 7.

    • PURPOSE:To maintain the replaceability of used and new grease, and prevent grease leakage from a labyrinth gap by providing a grease amount adjustment chamber in communication with either a waste oil chamber or an annular grease filling chamber at an opposite side, at a position off the oiling port of the annular grease filing chamber. CONSTITUTION:There is provided a grease amount adjustment chamber 19 communicated with a waste oil chamber 14 from a grease filling chamber 11 at the side of an oiling port 15. Also, one or more chambers 19 are formed at a position farthest from the oiling port 15 in the chamber 11. Grease fully charged into a bearing 3 as a result of oiling is forced out due to the rotation of the bearing 3 and overflows into the chamber 11. A labyrinth gap 17, however, has leakage resistance and the grease is forced out into the grease amount adjustment chamber 19 having less leakage resistance. Thus, there is no grease leakage from the gap 17 to the inside of a machine. According to this construction, used grease can be replaced by new grease via oiling, and there is no grease leakage into the labyrinth gap 17, thereby enabling maintenance workability to be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce overall weight and to prevent corrosion of bearing by disposing first and second tubular frames composed of aluminum alloy or the like at the opposite ends of a stator core and tightening both frames to a core retainer with bolts or the like. CONSTITUTION:In a frame 43, flange 43a thereof contacts with the flange 41a of a core retainer 41 with an insulation layer 45 being applied on the contact face, and they are tightened to the core retainer 41 by means of a plurality of insulating bolts 47. Similarly, flange 44a of a frame 44 contacts with the flange 42a of a core retainer 42 with an insulation layer 46 being applied on the contact face, and they are tightened to the core retainer 42 by means of a plurality of insulating bolts 48. Outer diameter d22 of the frames 43, 44 is set shorter than the outer diameter d1 of the stator core and the frames 43, 44 are made of light material such as aluminum alloy and thereby overall weight can be reduced remarkably.
