    • PURPOSE:To simplify a structure as well as to make it light in weight by forming a cut-out section on each end face of a iron core in the longer direction, forming a key groove on each presser plate located at both the ends of the core, putting keys in each cut-out section and each key groove so as to be integrated, and thereby fastening both the presser plates with a stud so as to be fixed. CONSTITUTION:Each iron core 20 comprising a linear motor is laminated in such a way that each inner circumferential surface coaxial with a secondary conductor is formed at the slot side of each steel plate in a comb teeth shape so as to be fixed with a stud 21, and each cut-out section 20c is formed on both the end faces in the longer direction. Each presser plate 22 is formed with a key groove 22a at the position faced to the position of each cut-out section 20c of the iron core 20, cylindrical coils 15 are disposed in the slot section of each iron core 20, and each key 23 which is fitted in the cut-out section 20c, is put in the key grooves 22a thereafter. On the other hand, the respective presser plates 22 are connected to each other with a stud 24 so as to be fixed, the linear motor 19 is integrally made up while each iron core 20 is being held therein so as to be fixed. In this case, each iron core 20 is positioned at a specified place in the circumferential direction with no dislocation with respect to the presser plates 22 through the action of each key 23.

    • PURPOSE:To make the motor light in weight by driving a wedge between an end plate, which catches the laminated core of a linear motor where coils are fitted in plural slots, and a frame, which fixes the linear motor to the above frame. CONSTITUTION:A linear motor 30 is equipped with an core body 8, and the end plates at both sides catch a laminated core 8a. The core 8a is provided with plural slots, and it forms a coil 14. The coil 14 and the laminated core are covered from sides with covers 11 whose cross sections are U-shaped. The core body 8 is pressed from both sides with core pressers 31 and 32. Covers can be attached to the core pressers 31 and 32, and also those are fixed to the frame 34 attached to a car body outside the figure. A wedge 35 is driven on at least one hand between the end plates on both sides of the laminated core 8a and the core pressers 31 and 32. Hereby, the frame and the core body are united, and the rigidity improves as it is light.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the cooling capacity while adopting self ventilation method, and materialize downsizing, and also, enable the output increase under the limit of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A wheel 32 is supported rotatably by an axle 31 through a bearing 21. A rotor frame 33 has a permanent magnet 16 fixed at its inside periphery, and one end in axial direction is fixed to the end face of the wheel 32 through bolts 34, and has a mirror cover 36 fixed on the other side through bolts 35, and this mirror cover 36 is supported rotatably to the axle 31 through a bearing 18. Moreover, the rotor frame 33 is provided, radially on the circumference on axle side 32, with a plurality of fan-shaped apertures 33a so that they may form radial fans between it and a rib. An iron core 38 is fixed to the axle 31, and an armature coil 10 is inserted and fixed in a slot groove, and a plurality of ventilation holes 38b, which extends in the direction of lamination and passes through the armature coil 10, are arranged equally in circumferential direction. An iron core presser 39 is provided, in the same position as each ventilation hole 38b, with a ventilation hole 39a.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sustain the cooling effect of cooling air and the insulation characteristics for a long term. SOLUTION: An inner cover 6 is provided on the outside of a core retainer plate 2B and an outer cover 5 is provided on the outside of the inner cover 6 while shifting the center upward. The outer cover 5 is provided, at the upper end thereof, with a suction port 5a and the inner cover 6 is provided with a flow-in port at a part slightly lower than the intermediate part. A communication pipe 19 is laid at the lower end of a stator core 3 and a duct 16a is formed between the inner cover 6 and the lower end of the outer cover 5 while communicating with a communication pipe 19. An end plate 4 is provided on the outside of a left core stopper plate 2A and an exhaust hole 14a is made thereunder. An exhaust pipe 15 is provided on the outside of the exhaust hole 14a and an exhaust fan 15a is contained in the exhaust pipe 15.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent flexure by fixing a plurality of reinforcing ribs between core holders in the shape of a ladder, holding such a space as it does not the ribs into contact with the rear of a core and, at the same time, fixing the rear of the core and the sides of the reinforcing ribs to each other with core bearing materials. CONSTITUTION:Two core holders 10 are welded and fixed to each other with mounting holders 18 and reinforcing ribs 20 extending between them to form a frame 22 together as a unit. At that time, a space is so held that the reinforcing ribs 20 don't come into contact with the rear 8e of a core body 8. After that, the ends 26a of core bearing materials 26 having L shaped sections on the rear 8e of the core body 8 are so closely fixed that they overlap the wall surfaces 20a of the reinforcing ribs 20. In addition, after the lower ends of the core bearing materials 26 are welded with the rear 8e of the core body 8 to fix, the core bearing materials 26 and the reinforcing ribs 20 are welded to fix.
