摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the flexibility and gas impermeability of a molding, by mixing nylon 11 and/or nylon 12 with a polyester resin. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of nylon 11 (a) which is a polyamide resin obtained by polycondensing 11-aiminoundecanoic acid and/or nylon 12 (b) (A) which is a polyamide resin obtained by polymerizing omega-laurolactam through ring opening with a polyester resin (B) obtained by polycondensing an aromatic dicarboxylic acid with a glycol, in an amount to give a weight ratio (A/B) of 10-96/90-4, is mixed with a rubber (C) such as a halogenated rubber, an ethylenen/propylene/diene rubber or an acrylonitrile/butadiene copolymer, in an amount to give a weight ratio [(A+B)/C] of 60-100/40-0, to obtain the title composition. This composition is useful as, e.g., a material for inner tubes of hoses for transportation of refrigerants.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a hose for transporting a refrigerant excellent in gas impermeability and flexibility, by a method wherein a tubular elastic material layer for permitting the refrigerant to flow is constituted of a multilayer or single- layer and the arbitrary layer thereof is formed from a resin composition based on a mixture of at least the one of nylon 11 or nylon 12 with a polyester resin. CONSTITUTION:This inventive hose for transporting a refrigerant is constituted of an inside rubber layer 10, an intermediate resin layer 11 formed from a resin composition consisting of at least one of nylon 11 or nylon 12 and a polyester resin, an outside rubber layer 12, a fiber reinforcing layer 13 and an outer pipe rubber layer 14. The polyester resin is not equipped with flexibility but has excellent gas impermeability. Nylon 11 and nylon 12 have flexibility and are combined with the above mentioned polyester resin to provide a molded product having flexibility and rich in gas impermeability. By this method, the hose for transporting the refrigerant having gas impermeability and flexibility is obtained.

SOLUTION: The metal compounded corrugated hose includes the metal layer with a wall thickness A of 20-200 μm and the resin layer with a wall thickness B of 80-5,000 μm. A ratio of A:B is adjusted to 1:4-1:50. This metal compounded corrugated hose is manufactured by a predetermined process not performing at least the formation of a corrugated shape in the metal layer and the formation of a corrugated shape in the resin layer at the same time.
