PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal compounded corrugated hose containing an innermost layer comprising a metal layer and the resin layer provided on the outer periphery of the innermost layer and sufficiently ensured in low fuel permeability, flexibility, hose strength and the reinforcing effect of the resin layer against the fatique destruction of the metal layer. SOLUTION: The metal compounded corrugated hose includes the metal layer with a wall thickness A of 20-200 μm and the resin layer with a wall thickness B of 80-5,000 μm. A ratio of A:B is adjusted to 1:4-1:50. This metal compounded corrugated hose is manufactured by a predetermined process not performing at least the formation of a corrugated shape in the metal layer and the formation of a corrugated shape in the resin layer at the same time.
