摘要： PURPOSE:To make a product superior in dimensional accuracy and appearance without generating burning flaw or slip by making a tool for plastic working with a number of small recesses on its smooth plane and making the diameter and depth of the size of each recess into a specified value respectively. CONSTITUTION:The tool 1 is provided with the recesses 3 of the diameter of 5-50mum and depth of 0.5-50mum on the smooth surface 2. These recesses 3 are provided on the whole of the surface of tool so that the total area of the recesses 3 becomes 5-50% to the surface area of the tool before recessing. When a metal is plastically worked with this tool, it is worked in a such state that a part of the material 4 is entered into these recesses 3. Thus, the coefficient of friction is increased and also lubricating oil in the recesses 3 is pressed out and extended on the smooth surface part 1. In this way, because burning flaw and slip are hard to generate even if it is plastic working at high speed and high working rate, the product is superior in dimensional accuracy and appearance.

CONSTITUTION:A triester or a tetraester of neopentylpolyol and fatty acid is used as a base oil and a semi-solid warm rolling oil made by adding 5-20wt.% of alkyl or allyldiurea whose molecular weight is 350-800 to the base oil is used. A rolled stock for which stainless steel and aluminum are superposed to each other is heated at a temp. of >=300 deg.C and is rolled by combination of a backup roll and a work roll adjusted so that roughness of respective rolls meets requirements by the inequalities I and a composite roughness meets requirements by the equation II. In the inequalities I and equation II, R shows composite roughness, Rs shows roughness of backup roll, RW shows roughness of work roll, and unit is mum Rrms. A clad steel having good surface brightness is manufactured with generation of no slip or seizing flaw.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oil for cold rolling capable of cold rolling various kind of steel sheets in high efficiency and holding high surface quality by including an oil in water type emulsion obtained by diluting a stock solution including a base oil such as a synthetic ester or the like and a specific cationic surfactant or the like, with water. SOLUTION: This oil comprises the oil in water type emulsion obtained by diluting the stock solution with water. The stock solution is comprising the base oil including only a synthetic ester or a mixture of the synthetic ester and mineral oil or/and fats and oils, cationic surfactant obtained by mixing 1-5 wt.% of N-monoalkyl or N-monoalkenyl diamine expressed by the formula (R1 is a 12-18C alkyl or alkenyl; R2 is a 2-4C alkylene) and a 6-10C organic acid in the molar ratio of N-monoalkyl or N-monoalkenyl diamine/organic acid = 1/7-1/15 and 1-5% of a nonionic surfactant, and manifesting pH 6.5-4.5. Steel sheets are preferably obtained by cold rolling using this oil for cold rolling.
