Therefore, the capacity in a compression chamber 50 is increased/decreased, and after gas coolant is inhaled into the compression chamber 50 from a suction chamber 72, said gas coolant is discharged into a discharge chamber 90. In this case, a control valve 400 is switched by a controller 500, and the pressure in the first discharge chamber 93 is introduced into the first control pressure chamber, and the pressure in a suction chamber 74 is introduced into the second control pressure chamber 122, and a piston 30 is shifted rightward. Therefore, the swash plate 10 is shifted rightward through a spool 40, and the stroke in the reciprocating movement of the piston 7 is reduced by reducing the swing quantity of the swash plate 10.

A stepped shaft part 402d is formed integrally with the spool 402 of the capacity selector valve 400, and a variable throttle 408 for throttling a feeding passage 3 is formed between a small-diameter hole part 404, and said valve 400 is operated by controlling a solenoid valve 8.

When it is detected by a car-speed sensor 10 that a car is in stop or low-speed traveling state, said control-circuit apparatus 56 controls an elevation-angle adjusting mechanism 5 of the rear spoiler body 30 so that the generation efficiency of the solar cell 61 is increased according to the output of the light sensor 62.

CONSTITUTION:A scroll pump of this invention comprises a fixed scroll member 1 and a movable scroll member 2. These two scroll members 1, 2 are both shaped in a volute form and held in contact with each other, and an enclosed space 30 is formed between them. Here, the configuration of the volute of these two scroll members 1, 2 is obtained by connecting a curve having a smaller radius of curvature smoothly with a curve having a larger radius of curvature successively. That is, a basic triangle A, B, C is at first drawn and small arcs (a), (b) are drawn at the vertices of the triangle. Then, the arcs (a), (b) are connected by a large arc (e). After the configuration of the fixed scroll member 1 is thus drawn, the confugration of the movable scroll member 2 is drawn at the position spaced from the fixed scroll member 1 a distance rho of eccentricity in the direction of its normal line. With such an arrangement, it is enabled to raise the pump efficiency and to reduce noise and vibration of the pump.

Further, guide members 21 are fixed to the guide shaft 2 and slide members 3 are fitted in freely slidable manner in grooves 22 formed in the guide members 21, respectively. Therefore, when the rotor 6 is turned by an engine of an automobile or the like, slide unit 1 is rotated while causing relative sliding movement to the rotor 6 in its diametrical direction, with said sliding movement of the slide unit 1 being restricted by slits 61, 62 of the rotor 6 and grooves 22 of the guide shaft 2.
