摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain lightweight and highly rigid sheet by a method wherein crystalline polypropylene, the melt flow rate of which is higher than the specified value, is employed as thermoplastic resin for dispersing reinforcing fibers in the formed article concerned made out of fiber reinforced resin sheet produced by paper-making method. CONSTITUTION:Reinforcing fibers made of glass fiber having the length of 6-50mm or the like and crystalline polypropylene having the melt flow rate of 50g/10min or more as thermoplastic resin powder 2 are employed so as to produce the state, in which 30-70wt.% of the reinforcing fibers are dispersed in liquid dispersion layer 3. Next, the resultant dispersions are fed in a head box 6 arranged on the upper side of an electrically-driven meshy belt conveyor 5 so as to be hydroextracted by suction with a wet box kept under negative pressure in order to obtain nonwoven fabric material 8. Further, the material is dried in a hot air drying oven 9 and then heated on continuous steel press 10 up to the melting point of crystalline polypropylene or higher and melted and, after being expanded in thickness by the expansion ratio of 300-800%, compression-formed with molds in order to obtain the fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin sheet 11 having the density of 0.92g/cm or less.

摘要： PURPOSE:To manufacture a laminate molded product of good appearance by laminating a decorative skin in which a laminated thermoplastic resin porous sheet is laminated on a core section composed of fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin layer, heat and pressure molding, and forming a space of specified ratio in the fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin layer. CONSTITUTION:First, a sheet-shaped molding material 1 is heated in a far infrared ray heating oven 2 for molding a laminate molded product. Then a decorative skin 8 in which a thermoplastic resin porous sheet 7 is laminated is laminated on a heated sheet-shaped molding material 4. Then, the laminate is inserted into a molding tool 5 and pressure molded under the condition of obtaining the desired expansivity and also integrated simultaneously to complete a porous laminate molded product 9. At that time, the heated sheet-shaped molding material 4 is expanded by heating, and many exposures 3 are generated by the spring back of reinforced fiber on the surface. The sheet-shaped molding material is a thermoplastic resin layer containing 10vol.% of reinforced fiber or more, and a space of 5-75vol.% is formed on the layer.

Accordingly, adhesive strength is improved by an anchor effect by the intrusion of the thermoplastic resin in the inorganic filler-contained thermoplastic resin layer 10 as an intermediate layer into the air-permeable decorative skin 5 at the time of press and solidification and bonding.

The meandering of the steel strip 1 is thus prevented without generating the heat buckle.

CONSTITUTION:A steel sheet coil 1 and an Al coil 2 are uncoilded on a reel 6, and an Al plate is bonded to one side of the steel sheet with a rolling mill 4 for cold rolling to form thus a one sided Al clad steel sheet 5, and wound around a coiler 7. The product is then rolled to 30-100mum thickness, and corrugated between a corrugating roll 10, then worked to form a honeycomb body on a honeycomb working machine together with a clad foil 12 which is a flat sheet superposed on the corrugated clad foil 7 as it is. In this stage, an Al surface of the one sided clad foil is arranged to come to an external peripheral side of the honeycomb body. Then, the honeycomb body is inserted into a heat- resisting steel pipe 15, and heat-treated at 1100-1300 deg.C for >=3min under nonoxidizing condition. Thus, a carrier causing no expansion of clearance is obtd.
