    • PURPOSE:To double the number of output pulse against the number of input pulses. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnetic relay is provided with a core 1, a coil 2 wound on the core 1, an armature 3 attracted to and released from the core 1, a moving contact spring 4, whose base end portion 4b is fixed to the armature 3 and a moving contact 4a, set on the tip portion 4 thereof, is touched/parted to/from a fixed contact 4f. A movement reversal member 21e, which touches the intermediate portion 4d of the moving contact spring 4 and reverses the movement direction of the moving contact 4a against the fixed contact 4f, is provided on a coil frame 21a so that the moving contact 4a is once parted from the fixed contact 4f and later is touched thereto again on the way of the respective attraction and release movements of the armature 3. Accordingly, when one time input pulse for ON-OFF is applied to the coil 2, one time whole movement, that the armature 3 is attracted and released against the core 1, is performed, and the reversal movement is also performed so that two times output pulses are generated in one time whole movement process after all.

As a result, the switching of contacts when a deposition is liable to generate by generating an arc by turning on and off the current directly is carried out with the single contact 12a which has an excellent anti-deposition property, and the twin contacts 11a and 11a are used only for feeding the current by contacting.

    • PURPOSE:To operate a contactor stably even if the number of operations increases. CONSTITUTION:Regarding a movable contact spring 4, an extended part 4a which pushes about the center part 3a of a contactor 3 and supports a hinge is extended out of a tip part 4b. Consequently, the more the contactor 3 drives the movable contact spring 4 following the attraction action toward an iron core 1 and at the same time drives the extended part 4c as well, the weaker becomes the pushing force of the extended part 4c to the contactor 3. Meanwhile, in the attraction action process of the contactor 3, since magnetic fluxes flow at the part of the contactor 3 supported by a hinge, the contactor 3 is stably supported by the hinge by the magnetic fluxes even if, as mentioned above, the pushing force to the contactor 3 by the extended part 4c is weakened. As a result, even if the number of the operation increases, wear and the increase of friction force at the part supported by the hinge are suppressed in a degree corresponding to the weakened pushing force to the contactor 3 by the extended part 4c, so that the contactor 3 is driven stably.

CONSTITUTION:An armature 2 made of a nearly L-shaped magnetic material has one piece 2a facing the magnetic pole face of an iron core 3 and the other piece 2b driving a contact spring 6, a recessed groove 11 is formed on the outer face of the folded section of the armature 2, a recess 10 is formed at the portion nearer to one piece 2a on the inner face of the folded section. The middle section of the other piece 2b of the armature 2 is notched, its width size is made smaller than that of one piece 2a, the tare weight of the armature 2 is suppressed small. A pressing spring 7 is elastically coupled with the recessed groove 11, thus the inner face of the folded section of the armature 2 is excited to the end edge of a yoke 1, the armature 2 is swayably supported on the yoke 1. The tare weight of the armature is small, thereby the armature can be swayably supported stably, the operation characteristic is not dispersed.

    • PURPOSE:To regulate the spring load property easily by providing a regulation screw to vary the pressing position of a movable contact spring with an armature by moving an electromagnet block, and a regulation screw to press a fixed contact spring to the movable contact side. CONSTITUTION:A regulation screw 14 to which a washer 15 is geared from the upper side is screwed to a horizontal piece 4a of a yoke 4. By moving an electromagnet block A to convert the pressing position of a movable contact spring 9 by an armature 5, depending on the screwing condition of the regulation screw 14, the spring load property is converted. Furthermore, a regulation screw 18 is screwed from the side of a cover 12, while a projection 17 to regulate the movement of the free end of the fixed contact spring 9 to the movable contact spring 7 side is furnished at the inner surface of the cover 12. By the tip of the regulation screw 18, a fixed contact spring 8 is pressed to the movable contact spring 7 side, the initial load when the movable contact 9 and a fixed contact spring 10 are contacted is converted, and the spring load is converted. In such a way, the spring load property can be regulated by only converting the screwing condition of the regulation screw.
