摘要： PURPOSE: To prevent hardening or soldifying of fluid in the clearance at the side face of gear rotor by arranging an annular seal member coaxial with the gear rotor shaft to the sideboard of housing.
CONSTITUTION: An operating clearance 8 is formed between the gear rotors 4, 5 of gear pump and the sideboard 3 of housing. An annular seal member 13 coaxial with the rotor shaft is provided to the sideboard of housing at the position furthest from the rotor shafts 6, 7 on the side face of gear rotor to press the contacting face of seal member through a spring 18 against the side face of gear rotor. Since resin fluid will never flow into the clearance at the side face of gear rotor and hardened or solidified, proper operational clearance can be set freely.

摘要： PURPOSE:Both a main and an auxilliary cylindrical lead-edge treating-cover come close to the peripheral zones of a winding bobbin. Both covers overlap before a lead edge of wire passes through so as to adequately and smoothly treat the wire edge. CONSTITUTION:When a wire 2 on a bobbin 1 is fully wound, a sheave 8 moves to the a-position as indicated, and a main lead-edge treating-cover 9 and an auxilliary lead-edge treating cover 10 both move. Thus, both cover 9, 10 partly overlap each other and push the wire 2 while guiding it. At this time, a main- line-close- lever 6 moves along two-dotted line as indicated. Then, the wire 2 is hooked by catching nails 12', 12' and the lead edge of the wire is cut by a cutter 14. This lead edge is held by a thrust holding wall 9a, guided within both cover 9, 10, and then stopped. This means effectively eliminates splashing out of cut wire strips, and assures smooth and adequate treatment of the lead edge.
