The upper slide 13 is fitted freely vertically along the tie rods 3 and an upper die 10 is mounted on this under surface. The approach cylinders 15 are provided between the upper slide 13 and the bed 2 to elevate and lower the upper side 13. The upper slide 13 is fixed by lock devices 17 of the upper slide 13 to the tie rods 3. In this way, a supply amount of pressure oil can be reduced an loss of energy can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To save time and labor to eliminate the periphery of a base material, and make for high efficiency by sticking a skin material on one surface of the base material, and sticking a peripheral adhering film on the periphery of the other surface, wherein a compression molding is carried out for them to be thinner than another part, after that, they are adhered in folding them back together with the skin material. CONSTITUTION:An interior material 7a is introduced into a lower mold 14 so that the rear surface comes to be an upside, and set therein. An upper mold 20 is lower so as to cut the interior material 7a into a predetermined shape, and the skin material 6 is completely compression-bonded on the surface of a base material 5; furthermore, a compression molding is so performed that the periphery which is stuck with a periphery adhering film 26 becomes thinner than another part. The periphery 35 is raised and folded back to the rear surface of the base material 5, and then completely compression-bonded together via the periphery adhering film 26 in order to form an interior material 7. And, should the folded back position of the base material be notched, the folding back of the base material and skin material can be done readily and surely.

    • PURPOSE:To improve temp. controllability by arranging a heating chamber apart from a cooling chamber in apparatus for forming molten metal into semi-solidified metal slurry by rotating a stirrer and arranging the stirrer and a vessel as shiftable at interval between the heating chamber and the cooling chamber. CONSTITUTION:By working hydraulic cylinders 18, 24, the vessel 2 and the stirrer 3 are shifted to the heating chamber 14 side and by rotating a vertical shape 23, the stirrer 3 is rotated and by conducting electricity to a heating element 20, the heating is executed, and heat medium in a heat medium supplying tube 16 is circulated. The stirrer 3 with the heating element 20 and the vessel 2 with the heat medium are heated. The molten metal 19 is supplied into the vessel 2 from supplying tube 9 or 10. While holding the temp. of the molten metal 19 to solid-liquid coexisting temp. range, stirred shearing force is given by rotating the stirrer 3 to make the semi-solidified metal slurry. In the case of needing cooling, the stirrer 3 and the vessel 2 are shifted to the cooling chamber 15 side and cooled and held to the prescribed semi-solidified slurry, it is discharged by opening the discharging hole 26. By this method, the excellent temp. controllability and heat efficiency can be obtd.

    • PURPOSE:To discriminate a C warp or a local elongation by providing a band plate, a displacement detector and an operation controller, etc. CONSTITUTION:On the downstream side of a leveler 1, deflector rollers 2, 3 are provided at a suitable interval in the upper and lower parts. Also, in a roughly middle part in the vertical direction of the deflector rollers 2, 3, two sets of non-contact type displacement detectors 5, 6 for measuring a distance to the surface of a band plate 4 are provided at a necessary fitting interval lS in the upper and lower parts. These detectors 5, 6 are provided with detector bodies 5a-5c, 6a-6c at a necessary interval in the width direction of the band plate 4, respectively. In this state, a value of a distance to the surface of the band plate 4 from the tip of the bodies 5a-5c, 6a-6c, which has been detected by the bodies 5a-5c, 6a-6c is sent to an operation controller 7. In the controller 7, a value of a plate warp is derived, and also, whether the plate warp is a C warp or a local elongation is discriminated, and its result is outputted as a command signal to a device to be controlled such as the leveler, etc.
