    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply gas from an inflator to an airbag through a gas supplying pipe. SOLUTION: The air bag 21 is disposed in the side of a roof in a folded state, and the inflator 35 is connected to a middle portion in a fore-and-aft direction of gas distribution passages 21a, 21b of the airbag 21 through the gas supplying pipe 36. A cell 21d of the airbag 21 is expanded with gas generated by the inflater 35 at the time of collision of a vehicle, and deployed in a curtain shape along the inner surface of the side of the cabin. The gas supplying pipe 36 extends in a vertical direction immediately before being connected to the gas distribution passages 21a, 21b, and fixed to a vehicle body by a fixing member 39 at a part extending in the vertical direction. Therefore, the gas supplying pipe 36 is prevented from moving due to impact when the airbag 21 is expanded by gas from the inflator 35. Consequently, gas is stably supplied into the airbag 21.
