摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a compressor whose friction mechanism portion is excellent in the quality of anti-scuffing wear, by using high speed tool steel, treating its surface by the nitrosulphurizing method, and combining it with cast iron materials. CONSTITUTION:In the case of a compressor which is made up by comprising a cylinder 1; a roller 2 to rotate eccentrically in the cylinder 1; and a vane 4 which is housed in a cave portion formed at the inner wall surface of the cylinder 1 and advances/retreats to/from the cylinder 1 inner wall surface and at the same time whose one end butts against the outer periphery surface of the roller 2 and which, thus, conducts slide movement, the cylinder 1 is made up of cast iron, and the roller 2 is made up of the hardened and annealed material of grey cast iron, and the vane 4 is made up of the hardened and annealed material of tool steel, and the surface of the vane 4 is treated with the nitrosulphurizing method. As a result, the wear amount of the vane 4 and slide companion materials is reduced, and at the same time anti-scuffing wear limit surface pressure can be raised, and the reliability of the compressor is improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of abrasion of a roller and a vane even under the condition that the lubricating condition is easy to be deteriorated, and to reduce the lowering of performance by using a combination of a roller and a vane of a rotary compressor, which can obtain a specific difference of hardness between the roller and the vane, a specific tensile elongation percentage and specific tensile strength of the roller and the vane. CONSTITUTION:A combination of a roller and a vane, which can obtain a difference of hardness between a roller 5 and a vane 8 at 1.5 times or more, a tensile elongation percentage at 0.2% or more and a tensile strength at 150MPa or more of the roller 5, a tensile elongation percentage at 0.5% or more and a tensile strength at 1200MPa or more of the vane 8, is used. In the case where the tensile elongation percentage of the roller 5 and the vane 8 is large, the hard grain holding ability is improved to prevent the generation of chipping of the hard grain and becoming to friction powder. In the case where the surfaces of the roller 5 and the vane 8 directly contact with each other, abrasion of the roller 5 and the vane 8 can be restricted, and even under the condition that the lubricating condition is easy to be deteriorated, lowering of the compressing performance of a compressor 1 can be prevented.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of test evaluation by a construction wherein a pressure in a vessel sealing hermetically a space between a rotary shaft and a stationary shaft and surrounding them and a pressure for protecting a mechanical seal are kept balanced and load and torque detectors having pressure- resistant and heat-resistant functions in the pressure vessel are employed. CONSTITUTION:A movable test piece 3 and a fixed test piece 4 are inserted into joints 5 and 6 and fitted to joint shafts 7 and 8 respectively. Next, rotation is transmitted from a DC motor 9 to the drive shaft 7. A mechanical seal bearing vessel 23 is combined with the shaft 7 and thereby a mechanism for keeping a seal protecting pressure and an inner-vessel pressure balanced automatically is constructed. On the other hand, a load is applied on the shaft 8 from a pressure motor 10, while load and torque detectors having pressure-resistant and heat-resistant functions in a pressure vessel 12 are employed and signals are delivered outside directly. According to this constitution, execution of evaluation in a high-pressure ambience is enabled and improvement in reliability and also reduction of a test time, the number of processes for manufacturing the test pieces, etc. can be attained.

By using the above stock, magnetic circuit parts of a yoke 1, a core 2 and a plunger 3 are manufactured by cold forging and are incorporated into an injection valve. As the stock for the above parts before subjected to cold forging, the one in which grain size is regulated to the range of No.4 to 7 in size number by thermal refining treatment, elongation to >=40%, reduction of area to >=75% and transition temp. to the cold forging temp. or below is used.
