    • PURPOSE:To enhance purification property of sewage, by a method wherein an ozone oxidtion tower is formed from a double structure consisting of an inner and an outer cylinders and a send-in port of water to be treated and an ozonized air diffusing part are provided to the lower part of the inner cylinder and a discharge port of treated water and an ozonized air diffusing part are provided to the lower part of the outer cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Water 8 to be treated sent into the inner cylinder 2 of an ozone oxidation tower from a send-in port 7 is concurrently contacted with ozonized air blown into the inner cylinder 2 from an air diffusing port 3 through an ozonized air send-in pipe 10. In this time, suspended solids in water to be treated are adhered to air bubbles of ozonized air to be raised upwardly and accumulated to the upper part of the ozone oxidation tower as scum 15 to be discharged from a discharge port as concentrated water comprising the scum 15. The ozone treated liquid is supplied as washing water from a discharge port 9 and ozonized air air after purification action is discharged from a gas discharge port 5 as waste gas 12.

    • PURPOSE: To electrolyze a dithionic acid-contng. waste liquid discharged from a desulfurizer with high efficiency and to reduce COD components in the waste liquid, by passing the dithionic acid-contng. waste liquid through a space between electrodes packed with carbonaceous particles.
      CONSTITUTION: A ferrite sheet anode 4 and a stainless steel sheet cathode 6 are positioned inside a square-shaped electrolytic cell 2. Carbon particles 8 are packed in a space between the two electrodes 4 and 6. A nylon net 10 is attached to the surface of the cathode 6 to separate it from the caton particles 8.     • PURPOSE:To provide the titled treating method and apparatus for satisfying water quality standard in a high treating speed having at least two float separating procedure introducing fine air bubbles easily adhered to suspended substances within exhaust water added by a flocculating agent in an amount by volume ratio more than exhaust water. CONSTITUTION:The firstly treated exhaust water by sand precipitation is entered into an apparatus 20 from a storage tank 10 to be added by a flocculating agent and reached to a pressurized float separating apparatus 30. Fine gas bubbles with 50-150mum diameter generated by returning a pressurized water to atmospheric pressure in a vacuum apparatus 38 are introduced along with exhaust water to float suspended org. substances within exhaust water by flocking. The separated water is sent to a foaming bed type float separating apparatus 50 and treated by air bubbles with 1-5mm in an amount more than exhaust water in a volume ratio from an air distributing pipe 54 to float foaming substances within exhaust water as foams. This separated water can be utilized as toilet washing water after chlorine sterilization, but, moreover, subjected to filled electrolysis float separation treatment to obtain industrial water of which various substances of suspended org. foaming nitrogenous compounds as well as E. coli satisfy a water quality standard.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain the industrial water suitable for the water standard rapidly and efficiently by a method wherein the dimensions of the treatment tanks of each stage, that is a floating separating device by means of pressurization, bubbling, filling and electrolysis, are set within specified ranges consisting a industrial water plant. CONSTITUTION:When treating waste water, the percentage of treating capacties of a pressurizing floating separating device is set to approximate 50%, a bubbling floating separating device to approximate 10-15% and a filling and electrolysis floating separating device to approximate 35-45% in the dimensions of each treating tank of the plant when the quantity of waste water treated per unit time is set to 100%. Consequently, suspended solids and organic matters in waste water are removed by minute bubbles in size approximate 50-150mu by means of pressurizing separation, suspended solids, organic matters and foaming matters by bubbles in size approximate 1-5mm by means of the next bubbling separation and residual suspended solids and organic matters further by bubbles in size approximate 100- 200mum by means of filling and electrolysis separation. Thus, industrial water conforming to the water standard can be prepared by efficient combination.

    • PURPOSE:To permit the effective treatment of difficultly decomposable night soil waste water by performing the fluidization, adsorption, and regeneration of active carbon by introducing the waste ozone gas of ozone absorption tank into an active carbon fluidized bed. CONSTITUTION:An ozone-containing gas from the ozonizer 8 is supplied into the ozone absorption tank 1 to oxidize and decompose organic COD components present in night soil waste water supplied in the tank 1, and the treated waste water is directed to the active carbon fluidized tank 2 through the opening 5 of the partition wall 4. The decomposed organics present in waste water are adsorbed in the active carbon 3 in the tank 2 which is fluidized by waste ozone supplied through the conduit 14 from the ozone absorption tank 1, and at the same time the adsorbate on the surface of the active carbon 3 is decomposed by an ozone-lean gas and the gas is consumed. The treatemnt apparatus is applicable to the treatemtn of night soil waste water difficultly decomposable because of its high molecular weight, discharged from the final treatment process of the night soil treatment plant.
