摘要： PURPOSE:To recover waste water as intermediate water to be used in toilet flushing and other purposes, by adding coagulant to waste water to float the suspended substance with air bubbles as scum, and floating fine suspended substance with bubbles of oxygen and hydrogen produced by hydrolysis, and adsorbing organic matter, etc. with active carbon. CONSTITUTION:Coagulant 5 such as aluminum sulfate is added to waste water 10 to be treated to adjust pH to 6-8, and is introduced into a floatation band 1 in the treating tank from a lower part 12. At the same time, air is dissolved in an air dissolving tank 3, and the air pressurized in a compressor 4 is introduced. The supended substance in the waste water is changed to scum 9 by the coagulant, and floats up with air bubbles produced from the pressurized water, and is discharged as overflow. The discharge water goes down in an electrolytic band 2, and passes through granular active carbon 7 charged in a supporting electode 6. Fine suspended substance is floated and removed by the bubbles of oxygen and hydrogen generated from the surface of active carbon 7 polarized by inter-electrode voltage. The organic matter, nitrogen compound and metal ions in the waste water are adsorbed and removed by the active carbon, so that intermediate water to be used as toilet flushing water and air conditioning water may be recovered.

摘要： PURPOSE:To treat the waste water efficiently by a method wherein a coagulant is added to the waste water, and organic matters and suspended solids in the waste water are floated and separated by minute bubbles by the pressure reduction of pressurized water and foaming matter in the waste water by bubbles. CONSTITUTION:A coagulant, such as aluminum polychloride, etc. is added to waste water, the waste water is introduced to a pressurizing floating separating device 30, and suspended solids and organic matters in the waste water are floated and separated by minute bubbles in size approximate 50-150mum obtained by supplying pressurized water to a lower portion of the tank 30. The water treated is sent to a bubbling floating separating device 50, and contacted with bubbles in size approximate 1-5mm from an air scattering pipe 54 of a lower portion of the tank, and foaming matters in the waste water is floated and removed. Thus, industrial water suitable for the water standard can efficiently be prepared by combining floating separating methods.

摘要： PURPOSE:To remove impurity effectively at an increased speed by introducing the waste water through a particle active carbon layer which is polarized by flowing the direct current therethrough, floating for separation the suspended substance by the bubbles produced therein, and attaching the disolved impurity to the active carbon. CONSTITUTION:The waste water added with chamicals from a condensing agent vessel 4 is introduced into a disposing vessel through an exhaust water duct 3 having a distributing pipe 5 for passing through a particle active carbon layer 10 which is polarized by flowing the direct current from a direct current source 11. The electrolytic zone 2 including this layer 10 produces fine bubbles 6, which rise upward so as to float up the condensed flocks in the exhaust water and separate them therefrom. At the same time of this, the soluble impurity such as ammonium ions or organic substance included in the waste water is removed by attachment. Thus a disposed water can be obtained, which can be used as a neutralized water. When the impurity heap is accumulated in the carbon layer 10, a pump 13 is driven to suction water from a circulating pipe 14 for cleaning the layer 10.
