    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load-reduced structure that equalizes heights of a plurality of members from a substrate surface, because dispersion in the heights of the members from the substrate surface occurs due to tolerances of the members, which may possibly affect operating conditions of the substrate and the number of jigs for fixation is increased and a number of regions for jigs on the substrate are required in a structure where the plurality of members are individually fixed on an electronic circuit board.
      SOLUTION: The heights of a plurality of members 3 from the substrate surface are equalized in the load-reduced structure by changing shapes of portions that fix the members 3 and the members 3 on the substrate 1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonlinear optical material which exhibits a nonlinear optical effect of higher order, is easily synthesized and has improved ray transmittance, moldability, mechanical strength, thermal oxidation stability and low toxicity by using a polyazomethine based polymer consisting of specific repeating units. SOLUTION: This nonlinear optical material consists of the polyazomethine based polymer incorporating the repeating units expressed by the formula. In the formula, R, R' denote hydrogen atoms, phenyl groups or alkyl groups; X denotes a (substd.) conjugation group, etc., such as arom. group. This optical material may be formed by copolymerizing non-conjugation parts, such as polymethyl methacrylate, or an org. group contg. silicon and an org. metal complex having electron withdrawing and electron donating substituents with the polyazomethine base polymer compsn. Further, the polyazomethine base polymer compsn. has preferably an amino group, carbonyl group or substd. phenyl group at its terminal.
