摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the deflection and bending stress of the coupling member by an arrangement wherein a groove having the increased width with the depth and extending along the axial direction is provided each between the magnetic poles near to the outer peripheral surface of the rotary member and the coupling member is inserted into the groove to allow its body to be tightly contacted therewith. CONSTITUTION:A dove-tail groove 12 having the increased width with the depth and extending the axial direction is provided each between magnetic poles 3 on massive core portions 6-8 and a bolt 13 having the trapezoid-shaped portion 15 as its body and screwed portions 14 at both ends is inserted into each groove so as to tightly contact therewith. The bolt 13 is fastened by fitting a washer and a nut 17 at its each end. By so doing, when coupling the bolt 13, the trapezoid-shaped portion 15 of the bolt 13 is tightly contacted with the dove-tail groove of the massive core portions 6-8 at the outer side of the massive portions in the radial direction, thereby making the bolt 13 free from the deflection during its rotation, reducing the bending stress and further providing a rotor excellent in strength and reliability.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable fine adjustment of cooling air flow rate and facilitate an easy manipulation of mounting a spider cover for a rotary electric machine by radially dividing the spider cover for blocking a spider vent opening into a plurality of divisions. CONSTITUTION:A spider vent opening for introducing cooling wind into the rotor is blocked by a spider cover 3 in a spider 2 for supporting salient poles 10 through annular iron core 8 to a rotary shaft. The spider cover 3 is radially divided, for example, into three segments in such a manner that the respective spider cover segments are detachably mounted via bolts 26 at the spider 2. Since the weight of the respective segments of ths spider cover 3 is thus reduced, it facilitates an easy manipulation of mounting the spider cover. Inasmuch as the segments can be detached one by one, it can finely adjust the cooling air flow rate.

Accordingly as a slide machining surface is made small, a machining time can be shortened. Also even by providing a jetty 14 on a side wall side of a T shaped slot 11 of a yoke iron core 2 a same effect can be obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate tightening work, in a rotor rim split into three or more sections in the axial direction, by providing a screw hole in a rim located at lower side while providing an idle hole in a rim located at upper side and then tightening the rim sections with a bolt. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate rim 8 is fixed on a lower rim 7 having a shaft at the lower end, an upper rim 6 having a shaft at the upper part is fixed onto the rim 8 and a pole 3 is fixed to the outer circumferences of the rims 6, 7, 8. A screw hole 11 is made in the upper face of the lower rim 7 and idle holes 10b, 10a are made through the intermediate rim 8 and the upper rim 6 while opposing to the screw hole 11. A bolt 9a is then inserted into the idle holes 10a, 10b in order to tighten the upper, lower and intermediate rims 6, 7, 8. A suspension screw hole 17 is made in the upper face of the bolt 9a so that a bolt heavier than 100kg may be suspended. Furthermore, a a collar 12 is arranged approximately in the center of the bolt 9a in order to prevent bending of the bolt 9a. By such arrangement, the tightening bolt 9a can be inserted from the upper side and the tightening work is facilitated.

CONSTITUTION:Peripheral extension parts 16a and 16b of a distant piece are provided with very narrow clearances G1 and G2 between the extension part and a dovetail engaging part 8. A centrifugal force F1 is generated during operation in a field core 6, and for holding this centrifugal force F1 by the dovetail engaging part 8 of a yoke 1, forces F2 and F3 exert on the yoke 1. In the case that this force is strong, the yoke 1 tends to curve, but because the extension parts 16a and 16b are arranged, resistance against this curve is exceptionally strong preventing the curve of the yoke. Thus, strength of the yoke can be improved.

A radial step is provided by making a rotary shaft diameter opposed to the balance chamber 10 smaller than the rotary shaft diameter opposed to the intake chamber 11 and the exhaust chamber 12, the balance chamber 10 being provided so that it strides over the step.
