    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inject water of a high pressure to the inside surface of a chimney concentrically for a prescribed time across its circumferential direction by attachably and detachably providing one of the fountain ports of a swiveling joint pipe with a bent nozzle and providing the other fountain ports of the swiveling joint pipe exclusive of the fountain port provided with the bent nozzle with a straight nozzle. SOLUTION: The swiveling joint pipe 13 is fitted coaxially and swivellably onto the outer peripheral surface of an ordinate pipe 12 via bearings 14. The fountain ports 13a to 13d communicating with a water flow path 12b are formed in the symmetrical positions on the outer peripheral surface around the axial center thereof. The fountain port 13d among the fountain ports 13a to 13d is provided with attachably and detachably with the bent nozzle 17 so as to intersect orthogonally with the axial center of the swiveling joint pipe 13. The fountain ports 13a to 13c exclusive of the fountain port 13d provided with the bent nozzle 17 are respectively provided with straight nozzles 16. As a result, the concentric injection of the water of the high pressure to the inside surface of the chimney for the prescribed time is made possible.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to develop nozzle bodies and to inject high- pressure fluid from near the inside wall surface of a pipe at the time of shell removal work by providing the device with the nozzle bodies and guide bodies which are developed or folded by the force of the high-pressure fluid and springs and wheels in contact with the inside wall of the pipe. SOLUTION: When the high-pressure fluid is introduced into a cylinder via the hose 9-1, pistons 34 extrude output shafts 32 by overcoming the energizing force of the springs 33 and turn rods 31 to bring, the wheels 30 of the guide bodies 8 into contact with the inside wall of the pipe 2. The nozzle bodies 7 are similarly turned as well. When the shell removal of the inside wall of the pipe 2 is needed, the nozzle bodies 7 and the guide bodies 8 are placed along the main body 6 and the pipe cleaning device is passed into the flowing water from an opening while a cable and the high-pressure hose are held attached to the device. When the device descends down to the desired position, the high-pressure fluid is supplied to develop the nozzle bodies 7 and the guide bodies 8, thus bringing the wheels 30 into contact with the inside wall of the pipe 30. The high-pressure fluid is spouted from the nozzles 24 and is blown to the inside wall of the pipe 2.
