The number of call connections for each area, which are actually originated from terminals, is estimated, and when a high-congestion area occurs in which the number of area call connections exceeds the allowable number of connections, the allowable number of connections in a low-congestion area, in which the number of area call connections does not exceed the allowable number of connections, is increased.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio broadcasting apparatus capable of recording operation history data even without providing a built-in battery.
      SOLUTION: A CPU 10 generates operation history data containing an event occurrence date/time acquired from a built-in clock 22 when an event occurs, and stores the operation history data in a history data storage unit such as a RAM 12 and a nonvolatile memory 14. Furthermore, if an output request of the operation history data is accepted, the CPU 10 acquires information of an actual current date/time and moreover, when the actual current date/time is acquired, a date/time is acquired from the built-in clock 22. The difference between the actual current date/time and the date/time of the built-in clock 22 is detected and based on the detected difference, the event occurrence date/time contained in the operation history data is corrected into an actual event occurrence date/time. The operation history data containing the corrected event occurrence date/time are outputted on a display unit 20 and outputted to an external storage device 16.
