The phase advance circuit is inserted and connected to a negative feedback loop of a power supply control amplifier having the negative feedback loop. Part of output from the envelope amplifier 8 is fed back to a comparator 9 provided at an input side of the envelope amplifier 8 via the phase advance circuit 14.

      SOLUTION: This multistage amplifier circuit includes at least an anterior-stage amplifier circuit 201 and a posterior-stage amplifier circuit 202. The input signal Pin at a predetermined input level is supplied, an anterior-stage characteristic 203 and a posterior-stage characteristic 204 are set to decrease posterior-stage gain Gain2 of the posterior stage 202 and increase anterior-stage gain Gain1 of the anterior stage 201. Specifically, the decrease of the posterior-stage gain Gain2 is compensated by the increase of the anterior-stage gain Gain1 with an anterior grounding capacitor 45 of the anterior stage 201 and a posterior-stage grounding capacitor 145 of the posterior stage 202. The grounding capacitors 45, 145 are connected to bases of emitter-follower transistors 43, 143 connected to amplifier transistors 5, 101, respectively.
