    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which has a small-area shielding structure that surely suppresses the influence of noise, while arranging signal wirings to a high density. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device 10 has at least two wiring layers M2 and M3 laminated over a substrate 11, wherein diffusion layers 12 are formed, and includes signal wirings 20 and 30 formed in the two wiring layers M2 and M3 to transmit signals, holding a predetermined potential; shielding wirings 21 and 31, fixed at a predetermined potential to shield the signal wirings 20 and 30 and formed in the two wiring layers M2 and M3 adjacent to the signal wirings 20 and 30; and gate electrodes 13, formed over the semiconductor substrate 11 with an insulating film interposed in between, wherein the signal wirings 20 formed in the lower wiring layer M2 which is electrically connected to the gate electrodes 13 that faces the laminating direction.
