    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid cylinder mechanism which when a piston is pulled into a cylinder and brought into the locking state, can holds the locking state without being accompanied actually with a piston return operation.SOLUTION: The fluid cylinder mechanism 1 includes: a cylinder 10 including a base end 12 and an open end 11; and a piston 20 including a flange portion 21 disposed inside the cylinder and a rod portion 25 passing through the open end of the cylinder. A space inside the cylinder is partitioned into a first pressure chamber 14 on a side of the base end and a second pressure chamber 15 on a side of the open end by the flange portion of the piston. The fluid cylinder mechanism further includes: a first flow path 22 which allows a fluid to flow from the first pressure chamber to the second pressure chamber; a second flow path 32 which allows the fluid to flow from the second pressure chamber to the first pressure chamber; and an opening/closing means 35 which opens/closes the second flow path.

    • PURPOSE:To take the counter measures for the buckling and goose necked of a small bore drawing holder and to elevate the productivity in drawing work by providing a reinforcing pipe between the sub-punch being held by a punch plate and a straight drawing punch. CONSTITUTION:A press drawing small bore punch holder is composed with providing a reinforcing pipe 4 in the space between the sub-punch 3 fixed to a punch plate 1 and the straight drawing punch 2 which is guided thereby and to work a product. With said composition the strength of the straight drawing punch 2 is elevated, the buckling and goose necked thereof are prevented and the productivity in the drawing and the utilization factor of the equipment are improved.

    • PURPOSE:To provide the titled device of orderly feeding method for planning the elevation in production efficiency and cost reduction by constituting to perform a cut bend work in right angles of the whole periphery of the bottom face of a drawing formation part from the strip steel plate under transfer and to perform a bend work to the inner side from the right angles after positioning then. CONSTITUTION:The forming part 11' of a container shape worked with drawing of the hoop 9 to be fed out at the same pitch is fixed by a pad 29 on a bending die 25 and the peripheral edge part thereof is subjected to a bend work in 90 deg. with cutting the whole periphery by a punch 28 and bending die 25. The container 12' that said whole periphery of the end face is bent in 90 deg. is located by the pilot device consisting of a pilot claw 34, spring 35 and spring stopper 37 being fitted to a die set 38 on the hemming stand 40 which is provided on a slope face 40b and subjected to a hemming preparatory bend work with bending about 45 deg. to the inner side by pressing the end face 12b to said slope 40b by a punch 33. After positioning the container 13' worked with the hemming preparatory bending thus obtd. on a flat hemming stand 41 same as above it is pressed by the punch 33, the end face 12b is made in close contact with bending and a hemming container 14' is obtd.
