摘要： PURPOSE:To connect cable conductors with a crimp terminal certainly and easily by stripping the insulation convering of each core wire for a certain length shorter than the specified marginal length from its end face, making the end face of an interposed substance flush with the end face of the insulation convering on the main line side, and inserting the end of the cable conductors in a lump into holes provided in the crimp terminal. CONSTITUTION:For example, the fist five wire layer and the second eleven wire layer of a cable 6 are arranged concentrically in double layer structure, and are connected with one crimp terminal. Around an interposed substance 10, the wires 6 are arranged at an equal spacing concentrically on one circumference while their end faces are made flush, and the insulation converings are stripped for the marginal length La from the end faces of the wires 6, and thereon a pressure-sensitive adhesive vinyl tape 11 is wound to establish strong fixing. Around the five core wires 6, eleven core wires 6 are laid in such an arrangement that their end faces are made flush with the end faces of the ones 6 constituting the first layer. The cable conductors 7 are in a lump inserted into respective holes 15c provided in the crimp terminal.

摘要： PURPOSE:To miniaturize the device of the title system by providing an expandable film in a sample gas holder and charging a sampling gas cylinder with a sampling gas by expanding the expandable film with a high-pressure gas. CONSTITUTION:Part of an LNG flowing through an LNG receiving pipeline 1 is branched through a branched line 2 and reaches a vaporizer 3. A vaporized sampling gas is introduced into a sampling gas holder 10 through a sampling gas line 12, buffer tank 13, and introducing line 14. When the sampling gas is introduced, a valve 25 is opened and the pressure in an expandable film 11 is controlled to a negative pressure. At the time of charging a sampling gas cylinder 7 with the sampling gas, a high-pressure gas is introduced into the film 11 from a high-pressure line 16 by closing valves 20, 21, 25, and 26, and opening valves 22 and 24. As a result, the film 11 expands and the pressure in the holder 10 rises, resulting in the charging of the cylinder 7 with the sampling gas from the holder 10. The gas in the cylinder 7 is analyzed. The remaining gas in the holder 10 is evacuated through a vacuum pump 18.

摘要： PURPOSE:To judge a service interruption with a high speed and high reliability by a method wherein the service interruption is judged in accordance with the decline of a power supply frequency and a power supply voltage. CONSTITUTION:A first detecting means 8 has two detection characteristics with which a decline not less than 0.5Hz of a power supply frequency for 10-20sec. or longer and a decline not less than 0.25Hz of the power supply frequency for 10-20sec. or longer are detected respectively. A second detecting means 9 has two detection characteristics with which a decline not less than 10% of a power supply voltage for 10msec. or longer and a decline not less than 6% of the power supply voltage for 10msec. or longer are detected respectively. A judging means 10 judges a service interruption in accordance with the combinations of the four detection characteristics. For instance, the output of a fourth AND gate 23 corresponding to the decline of 0.25Hz of the power supply frequency and the decline of 6% of the power supply voltage is given to an output circuit 15 which disconnects phase advancing capacitors to accelerate the attenuation of a residual voltage and the other respective output circuits 11, 12, 13 and 14 corresponding to the outputs of the other AND gates 20, 21 and 22 judge a service interruption to switch the power supply and to disconnect the other loads.

According to this constitution, the operating condition of a pump 1a is detected whether normal operation is being effected without exceeding the limit of minimum flow or not. An invertor 3 is controlled by such detecting signals whereby the delivery flow rate of the pump 1a may be held higher than the minimum flow.

CONSTITUTION:When any accident happens and when urgency stop signal is generated on a motor 1c, then a bypass circuit 5 is worked. First, an inverter 3 is stopped, and switches 6a, 6b are opened and at the same time, a switch 6c is closed, and after a specified time, a switch 6d is closed. A motor la is directly connected to a commercial power source 9 and is quickly accelerated. In this manner, the output of the motor la is increased, and the discharge of a pump 2a is increased, and so the reduction of feed flow rate due to the stop of a pump 2c can be made up for. A motor 1d as a reserve machine is started, and when the motor 1d is set in a specified operational state, then the motor 1a is variable-speed-controlled again by the inverter 3.
