摘要： PURPOSE:To detect abnormal operation, such as minimum flow or the like, inexpensively with a good accuracy, by a method wherein the operating condition of a rotary load machine, such as a pump, a blower or the like, is detected by the input power of a motor and the frequency of the same. CONSTITUTION:A control unit 11 is constituted of a memory unit, storing a corresponding relation between the input power and the frequency of a motor 4a with respect to the limit of minimum flow, and a comparing unit, comparing the measured values of power measuring units 9, 9' and a frequency measuring unit 10 with the corresponding relations. According to this constitution, the operating condition of a pump 1a is detected whether normal operation is being effected without exceeding the limit of minimum flow or not. An invertor 3 is controlled by such detecting signals whereby the delivery flow rate of the pump 1a may be held higher than the minimum flow.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable measuring of a composition of a mixed fluid with known components by connecting measuring units which each comprise a reference temperature holding means, a heating means for measuring specific heat and a temperature difference measuring means in series in plurality to construct a measuring path. CONSTITUTION:A mixed fluid to be measured flows to a measuring path 10 at a fixed mass flow rate by a mass flow rate controlling means 11 while measuring units 1a, 1b and 1c keep the mixed fluid to be measured at different reference temperatures by a reference temperature keeping means 2 on the upstream side of a pipeline. At the same time, a fixed quantity of heat is added by a heating means 3 for measuring specific heat on the downstream side thereof to measure a temperature difference as caused by the heating value added by a temperature difference measuring means 4. A composition is derived by a specified computation from temperature differences corresponding to the number of components of the mixed fluid to be measured, a mass flow rate and the added quantity of heat and a known isopiestic specific heat at respective reference temperatures of the components. This enables continuous measurement of components and the composition of the mixed fluid with a known physical value thereby estimating natures such as quantity of heat and specific gravity of the mixed fluid continuously.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the risk of operating fluid leaking to the outside by providing an instrumentation cable to be laid in a motor cable-taking out high pressure pipe of large bore while stored in an instrumentation cable-protecting pipe. CONSTITUTION:A small bore-instrumentation cable-protecting pipe 15 of non- pressure resisting material is provided in a large bore-motor cable-taking out high pressure pipe 10 of pressure resisting member. An instrumentation cable 13 is provided being laid in this protecting pipe 15. Thus enabling the necessity for providing an easily broken instrumentation cable-taking out pipe as in the past to be eliminated, a hazard of pump operating fluid in its leakage to the outside can be reduced. While because the instrumentation cable-taking out pipe disappears, a number of divided cold insulators, coating a head cover, is decreased, and maintainability improves.

CONSTITUTION:A first polarizing filter 3 is arranged so as to set light in a direction of display 2 of emission system as P-polarized light at a light source 1 for illumination side, and also, a second polarizing filter 5 is arranged at the front plane side of the display plane 4 of the display 2 of emission system so as to set the incident angle of the P-polarized light passing the first polarizing filter 3 as a Blewster's angle by making a polarizing direction intersect orthogonally to that of the first polarizing filter 3. Since the filter is arranged so as to set the incident angle theta of the P-polarized light 6b as the Brewster's angle, no reflection on the surface of the second polarizing filter 5 occurs, and also, the P-polarized light 6b is absorbed in the second polarizing filter 5, not arriving at the display plane 4 of the display 2. In such a way, display information on the display plane 4 can be obtained from the front plane 8 side of the second polarizing filter 5 without reflection on the light source 1 for illumination from the display plane 4.

A secondary pressure chamber 29 is formed on the opposite side of the 2nd diaphragm to the movable stem and passages 34a and 34b which let output pressure out of an output pressure chamber 18 between the 1st and 2nd diaphragms are provided. Further, a passage which links the secondary pressure chamber to the output pressure chamber is formed and a check valve is arranged halfway in this passage.

Thereby, display information on the display plane 4 can be obtained from the front plane 6 side of the second polarizing filter 5 without reflection on the light source 1 for illumination from the display plane 4.

On the other hand, a control section 17 of a slave station receiving a channel designation signal resets a reception period setting timer 18 in response to the reception call of the channel designation signal to restart it. As a result, a reception period setting timer 18 of the slave station and a reception period management timer 6 of the master station are synchronized at the initial incoming call of the slave station after application of power supply and a radio wave is set from the master station only when the slave station is in the reception enable state.
