    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor core in which the amount of coils to be used can be reduced, a reactor and a manufacturing method of the reactor.SOLUTION: A reactor L comprises a core 1 and a coil C which is disposed in the outer periphery of the core 1 (inner core part 11). The core 1 includes the inner core part 11, an outer core part 12 disposed outside of the coil C, and a pair of connecting core parts 13 connecting both the core parts 11, 12 while covering both terminal portions of the coil C. A closed magnetic circuit passing through the core 1 is formed by exciting the coil C. In the core 1, the core parts 11, 12, 13 are integrated without interposing a gap. The inner core part 11 has a higher saturation magnetic flux density (1.2 times or more) than that of the outer core part 12 and the connecting core part 13. Since the saturation magnetic flux density of the inner core part 11 is higher, even if a cross sectional area of the core part 11 is reduced, a large magnetic flux can be obtained. Furthermore, since the core 1 has a gapless structure, the problem such as noise with the presence of a gap hardly occurs.

The inside core portion 11 has higher saturated magnetic flux density (1.2 or more number of times) than those of the outside core portion 12 and the connecting core portion 13. Since the saturated magnetic flux density of the inside core portion 11 is high, a large magnetic flux can be obtained even if the cross section of the core portion 11 is reduced. Since the core 1 is of a gapless structure, the problem such as noise accompanying the existence of the gap is less apt to occur.
