    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor excellent in assembly workability and heat dissipation, and a bobbin for the reactor suitable for constructing the reactor.SOLUTION: The bobbin 1 is an insulating member disposed between an annular core having a pair of coil winding parts and a pair of coils disposed in the respective coil winding parts, and includes a pair of frame-like parts 11 and 12 abutted to both ends of the coils and outer shell parts 13 and 14 disposed on the outer peripheries of the respective coil winding parts. The outer shell part 13 is a cylindrical body for which a pair of ]-shaped outer shell pieces 13A and 13B having a through-hole 13h passing through from the outer peripheral surface to the inner peripheral surface are combined and is a molded body integrally molded with the frame-like parts 11 and 12. Coil side faces of the frame-like parts 11 and 12 are tapered along the end face shape of the coils. By the through-hole 13h, a part of the coil winding parts is exposed. Since the frame-like parts and the outer shell parts are integrally molded, then can be disposed on the core simultaneously and the assembly workability is excellent. By exposing a part of the coil winding parts, the heat dissipation is excellent.

The coil molding body 100 includes: the coil 10 wherein a winding wire is wound in spirals; a resin mold part 20 which holds the coil 10 in a condition where it is constricted shorter than free length; and a core holding part which is so formed of the resin mold part 20 that the core 150 is inserted inside the coil. The sealing resin 180 is a resin whose shock resistance is higher than that of the resin of the resin mold part 20.

      SOLUTION: The reactor 1 includes an assembly 1A having a coil 11 and an annular magnetic core 10 where the coil 11 is disposed, and a case 12A which stores the assembly 1A. The resin 13 is charged between the case 12A and assembly 1A. The case 12A is a box-shaped body which includes a bottom surface 12b and sidewalls 12s raised from the bottom surface 12b and includes an opening, and includes uneven portions 12c, coming into contact with the resin 13, on inner peripheral surfaces of the sidewalls 12s. The uneven portions 12c increase the area of contact between the case 12A and resin 13 to enhance the adhesiveness between the case 12A and resin 13.
