In the mechanism 1, the elastic force of the spring 21 is not impressed to the lever 11 when the lever 11 is pushed, so that the lever is easily and surely pushed, with the manipulation efficiency improved.

Thus, the level of mechanical resonance of the actuator can be lowered, and a servo band can further be extended. As a result, it is not necessary to increase the weight of the actuator main body in order to suppress the mechanical resonance, so that the generating acceleration can be increased by reducing the weight. In addition, when the required acceleration remains unchanged, the power consumption can be reduced.
