    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling unit with longer life, which can prevent troubles such as smearing, seizure, wear, and pealing even though it is used under high loading conditions at high speed.
      SOLUTION: A radial needle roller bearing comprises an inner ring 1, an outer ring 2, and a plurality of rolling bodies 3 rotatably arranged between a raceway 1a of the inner ring 1 and a raceway 2a of the outer ring 2. At least one of the raceway 1a of the inner ring 1, the raceway 2a of the outer ring 2, and the rolling surface 3a of the rolling body 3 is coated with a lubricating film organized with a solid lubricant and titanium at a portion with an area rate of 75-95%. The lubricating film is formed of the mixed powder of molybdenum disulfide powder and titanium powder as a solid lubricant which are jetted at a jetting speed of 80 m/sec or higher or a jetting pressure of 0.3 MPa or higher.

A rolling surface 3a of the ball 3 is provided with a coating formed by shot peeling of chrome powder or nickel powder. The preferable thickness of the coating is 0.1 μm or more and 8 μm or less. It is preferable that at least a part of the rolling surface 3a of the ball 3 coated with a coating is provided with the dimple having the depth of 0.1 μm or more and 5 μm or less. It is also preferable that the center line average roughness Ra of the coating surface is 0.1 μm-0.5 μm.
