    • PURPOSE:To couple each device for executing a signal processing by digitizing an analog MUSE signal by a single connecting line by coupling a digital video signal brought to band compression by sub-sampling to an A/D converting means through a wide band D/A converting means and a coupling means. CONSTITUTION:A first signal processing circuit 504 for resampling an analog transmission television signal of a sample value by an A/D converting circuit 503 and converting it to a digital television signal, and performing a prescribed signal processing to this converted digital television signal executes a descramble processing for restoring the conversion of a signal form, etc. A D/A converting circuit 505 sends out faithfully a video signal part, but as for other signal part, a noise component caused by sampling is eliminated by performing a prescribed filter processing and a synchronizing signal waveform is restored, and a second signal processing circuit 506 brings these image and synchronizing signal to time division multiplex. In such a way, in the case of bringing a sample value signal to analog transmission, the sample signal processor which is not deteriorated substantially even if A/D conversion and D/A conversion are repeated is realized.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to reduce or enlarge the 1st television picture into the 2nd one and to display it by reducing or enlarging a scanning line of the 1st television signal of the current system in the vertical direction by means of thinning or interpolating the scanning line and writing the signal on a memory device in synchronization the signal with the 1st television signal. CONSTITUTION:After a video signal [hereinafter called signal (b)] of an NTSC system, which arrives at an input terminal 15 and has 525 numbers of scanning lines, is demodulated to a brightness signal Y and color difference signals R-Y and B-Y in a video signal processing circuit 5, they are converted into digital signals by an A/D convertor 6. An output signal of the A/D convertor 6 is written on a memory device 7 by a write signal in synchronization with a signal (b) from a control circuit 14. The signal (b) written on the memory device 7 is read out by a read signal synchronizing with a signal (a) from the control circuit 14. An output signal of the memory device 7 is transmitted to a switching circuit 3, where a reduced picture of the NTSC system is inserted into some part of a high-resolution television picture by a switching signal from the control circuit 14.

    • PURPOSE:To detect position of dots correctly even with insufficient S/N of output signals, by detecting the position of green, red and blue dots by N-times each and regarding the average value of N-times as a true dot position. CONSTITUTION:A position of green dot detected at an H counter 34 and a V counter 35 is fetched to an H register 36 and a V register circuit 37. The average value of the circuits 36 and 37 consisting of N sets of registers is obtained at an H average circuit 39 and a V average circuit 40. Each average value is set to a green position register 41. As the same as the case with the green dots, N sets of dot position information is obtained to obtain each average value and this average value is set to a red position register 42. The information set in the registers 41 and 42 is compared at a comparator 43 and the content of a data reversible counter 13 is changed so that the both are made coincident, the changed content is transferred to a 1-frame memory 14 to move red dots. The similar operation is performed for blue dots also.
