    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device with a touch panel, of which the cost is reduced without lowering the transmittance of the rays of light. SOLUTION: This display device with the touch panel is provided with a substrate having a plane-shaped transparent conductive film on the face of an observer side, wherein the transparent conductive film is used as the transparent electrode of a capacitance coupling system touch panel. This display device with the touch panel is provided with a pulse voltage for position detection generation circuit for inputting a pulse voltage for position detection and a coordinate position arithmetic circuit for calculating the touch position of the finger of the observer to the conductive member.
