摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet, in which the residue of VOC (volatile organic contents) is made as small as possible so as to improve environmental safety. SOLUTION: In the decorative sheet 1 formed by laminating at least a base material 2, a coloring layer 11, a bonding layer 5 and a transparent resin layer 6 in the order named, the reduction of the residue of the VOC is settled by forming the coloring layer 11 and the bonding layer 5 out of a water based coating liquid including an nonionic water based compound or an anionic water based compound neutralized with a metal salt as a binder component. Even in the decorative sheet further having a primer layer 10 provided on the rear surface of the base material 2 and a protective layer provided on the front surface of the transparent resin layer 6, the primer layer 10 and the protective layer 9 are favorably formed out of a water based coating liquid including the nonionic water-based compound or the anionic water-based compound neutralized with the metal salt as a binder component.
